In any case, Green County, where baby girl went missing from, is right on the southern border of WI.

Green County authorities are now investigating the death of a newborn baby as a homicide, the Wisconsin Department of Justice said Monday.

A "person of interest" was taken into custody, DOJ said. The Albany Police Department is leading the investigation.

I don't get why the face is blurred if they are looking for this person. I can only imagine how...unprepared the police were for this. Highest level of crime in Albany is speeding...and tractors being drove to school. (There's small businesses so maybe some thief)
