Found Safe WI - SMF, 16, Beaver Dam, 2 Feb 2025 *3 mo's pregnant, believed to be with 40-year-old father of the baby*

Is this the only picture that is being circulated of her? I haven’t seen any others and this one just seems off to me… almost like it’s AI or something IMO

I think it’s a school or sports team photo so has that filtered look to it. That said, we know she hasn’t been in school since last school year, so she likely looks quite different now. My guess is her family hasn’t seen her enough to have a recent photo of her. I think the lack of photos is going to make it challenging for the public to identify her, but I’m hoping that how small he is compared to her will make them stand out if they are seen together.

Court documents state law enforcement reviewed the online messages and found Day threatening suicide.
This is pure manipulation to get her pity and get her back and manipulate her away from her loved ones, and shows the danger she is actually in IMO.

I wish they would just put out more photos, the two published aren’t enough if they change aspect

What happens if he sees a prettier girl -- possibly with money and a nice car, etc., etc. Will he decide to step up??

From where is the money coming for her seeing an OB-GYN, buying maternity clothes, for baby's birth in a hospital, baby's clothes and diapers, baby food; for rent, food, gas, etc., etc.?? Grrrr and SMH.
You are right, IMO as soon as she will look more as a grown woman because of advanced pregnancy, he’ll be looking for another younger prey. This is typical of child predators, they are attracted only until a certain age.
Poor child.

"We have been getting a lot of tips, and we’re following up on those tips," Beaver Dam Police Chief John Kreuziger told FOX6 News. "We thank the public for their help with the tips, and continue to report those tips to us, and then we’ll follow up on those tips. And the goal, at the end, is to bring her home."

If you suspect child abuse, call the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-4-A-Child or 1-800-422-4453, or go to www.childhelp.org. All calls are toll-free and confidential. The hotline is available 24/7 in more than 170 languages.

Yes does anyone else get Madeline Soto vibes. Although I haven’t managed to keep up with that case for several months not sure of the latest. I hope we don’t hear that the parents turned a blind eye for 5 months poor SM

This is from that news article:

"According to the complaint, a Dodge County sergeant was on duty on Dec. 10 in Beaver Dam about a missing juvenile. The parents said in July of 2024, she had not returned home one night. They believed she was still around Beaver Dam and working at a local McDonald’s, so she was not reported as a missing juvenile. The parents said they had been in regular contact with her by phone."

This implies the parents of the then 15 year old thought she was working in a McDonalds and was still in Beaver Dam, WI but they had not actually seen her personally since July? And all that time she was actually 800 miles away? And somehow LE or the parent's did not think she was missing or a runaway?

This makes no sense at all.
Did parents report her missing on December 10? Once she ran out of his home, maybe she missed calling them for bit of time and this set off alarms. I hope I'm not mixed up on the timeline.
Is it possible this is a case of trafficking? Someone from her hometown initially got her in contact with him and arranged or took her out of state to be with him?

This is the first I'm catching this
SNIPPED: “I was shocked that this man is in Wisconsin again, I’ll tell you this, that his family, his mother, tried to report him as missing, and when we got that call is when we were already working with Wisconsin,” said Sheriff Staley
Am I reading this correct, Gary's mother also tried to report him missing? Does he live at home?

I read the same as you Swanniee.

This is also terrible:
In 2023, Day was charged with domestic battery in the second degree for injuries related to his then-four-year-old son in Lonoke County.

Sheriff Staley says the prosecutor’s office is actively looking at all of Days’ cases.

“Gary Day needs to come see us. He needs to turn himself in. Go to his local law enforcement. He can come here, if he’s close by. He needs to turn himself in,” said Sheriff Staley. “Our goal is to get her home safe, and we’ve done it once we’re going to we’ll do it again.”
Amber Alert suspect has extensive history with the law; Amber Alert extended to Arkansas

Some more details in this article

A vehicle matching Day’s vehicle description was seen parked one block south of Franklin’s home on Monday morning, the complaint added. The same vehicle was later seen on Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) cameras traveling southbound on Highway 151 near Sun Prairie around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, about 45 minutes after being captured on surveillance camera at Franklin’s home.

So he also told her his (ex) wife was abusive..

And more:

a home surveillance video clip that showed a man appearing to be Day walking near the family's residence at about 7:45 a.m., according to a criminal complaint obtained by Newsweek.

"The male is seen walking up the driveway and then running as he reached the rear of the house," police said. "He is seen looking around. The video clip then ends."

The teen's sister alerted cops after seeing a black Buick LaCrosse, which was later confirmed to be owned by Day, with its engine running one block away from the family's home

the Buick LaCrosse, is registered to Day's mother

….

The teen denied being sexually active, but said she and Day had planned to get married.

The teen] stated that she paid for the gas and hotels for him to come get her because she wanted to leave Beaver Dam and Wisconsin," the complaint reads.
