I realize 99 percent of the population is happy he was found guilty and while i believe he is guilty I am not happy he was found guilty it just another example of cases being tried in the public Domain .you all would agree you would have too that all the jury members seen all of his stupid shat he and his lawyer did on tv and radio all the comments drew made and of course knowing about stacy the jury knew all of that because we all knew all of that and thats the thing that iam not happy about . Yes I think he is guilty and yes i think he killed stacy BUT if your totally honest with yourself I think you would agree with me that he was found guilty for all the shat he did while we seen him on the television or heard him on radio deep down I think you would agree thats why he was convicted because the evidence was not there evidence from a exhumation from what 20 years or 10 im not sure of the amount of the time..people fall in different ways you can not with any certinty say she couldn't have got that from just the tub come on no one knows that for sure thats not science fact...And god forbid the tub being dry water does go down that drain maybe he pulled the plug the point is you cant say one way or the other about the tub being dry cause its not fact that it couldn't have dried and again i still think he did it All iam trying to say is the justice system has to work and even though we know he did it with the evidence that was brought its not fact its all just theiroes he should have been found innocent on this one even though he is guilty...

I completely disagree. There was plenty of evidence to convict him. Anything that was said or done in the media is his own fault.

Have you reviewed the evidence or just gone by what you have heard in the media? Just curious.
 
Drew Peterson is right where he belongs and I am glad for that. Kathleen was found dead in a dry bathtub, her head still damp from the blood on the back of her head, face down in 2004. They exhumed her body in, I want to say 2007, so not much time had passed from the time of her demise to the time they decided to take a second look at things.

I don't believe there is any way she suffered all of the injuries found on her body from a fall in that little bathtub. Nopey nopey nope. Just plain no. And if, as you say perhaps he pulled the plug, well then, what was he doing there to pull the plug if that was the case? And had there been water in the tub at the time of her injuries the blood found in the tub would have been diluted, it was not. That says a lot.

I'm not going to bother bringing up all the things that point to his guilt, but then again I have followed this case from the time Stacy went missing. There were so many things that pointed to Drew being the responsible party that I am 100% comfortable with the juries decision.

That Drew and his attorney of choice decided to make a dog and pony show of this sad story was unfortunate, but THEY are the ones who decided to try to make a comedy of this, and now the jokes on them. Too bad, eh? Who's laughing now Drew? LOL. I think the justice system worked just fine and I am pretty certain I am in the majority on that one. What Drew and Joel did was just to try to create a diversion and it failed miserably.

He is where he belongs and I hope he dies there. I am not so sure that Kathleen and Stacy were his only victims as it seems he has left a trail of bodies in his wake. And to think he was Law Enforcement scares the hello outta me. I think Drew has been a in your face kind of person his entire life and it just finally caught up to him...... Karma anyone?
 
Drew Peterson murder-for-hire trial is delayed until February

A Randolph County judge on Tuesday granted a request for more time by Peterson’s court-appointed attorney.

A trial set to begin in November is now scheduled to start Feb. 29.

The ex-Bolingbrook sergeant is challenging wiretap evidence he said was improperly obtained, with a Will County judge first meeting with a jailhouse informant before considering the request to secretly record Peterson.

Two months after state appellate justices rejected his appeal, Drew Peterson is asking Illinois' highest court to toss out his conviction for the notorious murder of his third wife.

Lawyers for the imprisoned former Bolingbrook police sergeant filed the lengthy appeal Tuesday to the Illinois Supreme Court. Peterson argues he was denied a fair trial due to the use of so-called hearsay statements, as well as other alleged critical errors, during court proceedings in Will County.

The IL Supreme Court has agreed to hear Peterson appeal.
This case is never-ending, apparently.

Back when the "Drew's Law" (Hearsay law) was passed, a lot of us were VERY concerned this would happen.

This case has been carefully archived. I have 7 sections. Yep, 7. Going on 3K files including pics, articles, and video.

To someone unfamiliar with the case it may look confusing. But on a closer look, (and the fact that a section can have 1000 files), you can find what you're looking for. It makes a good reference, for sure.
