Today makes exactly four weeks since the news of Aliayah's "disappearance." I'm glad that there are some who feel the excruciating pain of this innocent child being gone, even if her own blood/bio family seems to not feel it. Maybe I'm being too harsh but at least on this forum there are like-minded people that care deeply about this tragic situation.

MOO, LL will be nabbed and formally charged w Aliayahs murder when those twins are born. I really believe that Aliayah was already dead before that stooge kidnapping lie hit the streets. As far as the rats nest there goes, the drug trade may just get bigger there now if there are arrests for dealers, they just get more sneaky and the demand will still be there. LL may be a good bird dog to lead LE to the dopers, and I will bet that her connections and circle will go down right with her, because, where is Aliayah? They'll sing like canaries to get out of drug charges and dying to get out and get their fix.

I agree that LL is going to prison-I am just curious to see who the others are that go with her. Are they willing to give up their freedom to protect her and RL. NO FLIPPIN WAY!....

I hope she realizes her days are numbered. I don't suspect the COs will be very kind to her either-seeing her last "lawsuit"

"A year later, unemployed, struggling to make ends meet and no longer able to care for the ten children they had together, the 34-year-old Nebraska father made a drastic, and shocking, decision.

While his 18-year-old daughter was out at work, he rounded up his nine other children aged one to 17, putting some in the car and instructing others to take a bus and meet him at Creighton University Medical Centre, a hospital in Omaha.

There he found a staff member, told them that he was abandoning his family under the state's new Safe Haven law, and walked away. "

I'll tell you the one thing that pisses me off about this story, is that considering that the father was only 34 years old, you can BET he has already now started spreading his sperm around to make a new family somewhere. These "safe havens" should also stipulate that a vasectomy or tube-tying is part of the package of being able to dump off a family.

That is one of the saddest stories, I have ever read and sounds similar to what my Daddy lived through. His Mama gave his baby brother up for adoption while he was at "work" (he was only a child). He told her then-if she ever did it again he would leave and never return. Not long after-she gave his baby sister away. :(...Dad put all that he could on his bicycle and left. I just cant imagine ...

I hope that where ever Aliayah is now she is able to smile and laugh.

I was thinking about how long little Aliayah has been missing and the lack of her family speaking out for her. How could they possibly even BREATHE-knowing that she could be out there somewhere? If my puppy was missing-I would still be searching for him!!

Bumping for Aliayah, where are you sweet little girl?

I am equally bothered by the fact there's hardly any media coverage either...why all the coverage on Baby Lisa and not on this precious child?
Why do some cases stay in the spotlight and others like little Aliayah dont?
Hope no one takes this the wrong way, I pray they are all found but would like to see equal coverage.

Jahessye Shockley Missing: Grandma Pleads For Attention To The Case

Jahessye's grandmother, Shirley Johnson, and about a dozen of her friends and neighbors went to the state capitol in Phoenix on Thursday to draw more attention to the case in hopes of finding the girl alive.

Aliayah's Grandmother made a single plea on camera, just sayin ...

There are some interesting *Rumors* being posted on FB today. Stonecoal Lake looks to be very close. I googled directions from Dennison Street and it looks like it is roughly 10-12 miles.
Locals was this area searched in the beginning?

I refuse to make any assumptions about whether any family wants their missing child found based on the number of media appearances they make. There's no logic to that whatsoever.

I can't believe on the 4 week mark of Aliayah being missing, that the local media has not even mentioned her today.

I wish they would have kept her locked up for selling her food stamp card.
That would have made easier for them to remove them as soon as they are born.I am devastated that she has been gone for a month now. I also do not understand how any mother could not be out in public begging for her daughter to be found, plus I would be screaming about losing my other children.

The image of her sweet little sad face haunts me. I sit here surrounded by my 4 cats and 2 dogs and think they get move love than this poor little girl ever received.

I wish I knew the answer little lulu-but from the beginning NOONE besides us have shed tears for this precious angel. You can almost bet if that was my little one and I was banging on WSAZ's door everyday -there WOULD be coverage on her case. I suppose they think if they can **shhh*** keep this quiet-the truth WON'T be found.

The good news---
**tick, tock** the clock is ticking LL. You won't be pregnant MUCH longer and then -you WILL answer the FBI's questions. The selling food stamp charge will be the least of your worries.

"We continue to get evidence everyday, in the form of most particularly, video evidence. Again, as I said last week, we're looking very, very hard at video evidence. There's a lot of public and private facilities around this area that have video cameras and video capability so we have scoured the area and it takes a long time. We're trying to have a lot of that enhanced," says Killeen.

I believe that the video tapes will be what brings the lies in this case to an end. In WV they have "video cameras" along the highways, and like everywhere else, most stores and buildings have videos. It will be VERY hard for LL and RL to say-we took Aliayah here --or there---when the FBI can easily pull up a tape and SEE if she was with them.

My paternal grandmother gave birth to 16 children. She died after having the last one. My grandfather then put all but the 2 oldest(they were already living out of the home)into an orphanage. The three youngest were adopted by other families, while the other 11 were shuffled around from foster home to foster home until they came of age. My grandpa was not a nice man, I'm kind of glad he didn't try to raise those kids. My dad, on the other hand, is awesome.

But back on topic-Where are you, Aliayah? I think of that precious little sweet pea every night when I go to bed. I wish they could just FIND her.

I'm wondering how long after that reporter said which hotel the family was in before the family was moved back into the home. And then how long before CPS came and removed the children.

Just a thought....I'm beginning to wonder if Aliayah was taken as retaliation for drug money owed. Owing money to the wrong people is very dangerous!

The other children placed in other homes to protect them? Easier to watch mom & dad 24/7. It would not be easy at all to keep track of the children 24/7. They are in school. When the family was sent to a hotel, LE clearly stated it was an undisclosed location. It was a local reporter who said which hotel. Then the family was moved back into the home and the children removed.

Pretty "out there" but I'm stumped at why LE is so tight lipped. I don't think it's just that they don't want a media circus. I think it's more than that.

From this article they were moved on the 29th?-and the children were removed on the 30th.

I still have no clue why they moved them, unless they had the room monitored?

Thank you for sharing with me. I believe that my aunt and uncle were better off with the families that raised them also. I do know that it hurt my Dad deeply, but it could have been so much worse for all of them. (hugs)

I wouldn't count on it. Don't forget that she has already lawyered up
