I currently have a 2 sources that worked with Neal Falls who reports he told them stories about leaving to go to the Philippines on a "sex trip." He bragged about this frequently at his work at the Hoover Dam. He was also allegedly dismissed from his Hoover Dam position because he was involved in an incident with another female coworker. There are other allegations by these same individuals that he was sexually harassed and was very misogynistic towards females all the time. Apparently he didn't have very many friends in Henderson, either, because these individuals state that everyone disliked him and were all suspicious of him. One individual also claims he carried unregistered weapons in his trunk, and she reported him to a supervisor but nothing came of it.


I'll have more details later, but I have confirmed these individuals worked at the Hoover Dam at the same time NF did.


This is huge, if all true.

Here's a direct quote from a source regarding NF. "When we would piss him off he would pull out a little black notebook in front of the person and start writing in it then put it away and just stare"

I confirmed this "black book" with 2 other individuals who also worked with NF.

Just to clarify what NF's job position was at the Hoover Dam, he was traffic control, and it was an unarmed position. All the weapons he had on him at that time was not pertinent to the job. He worked off the 9 mile marker on the Arizona side.

[EDIT] Here is another story that 2 individuals who worked with NF both corroborate on. They said Neal openly bragged and was proud about this story:

"So the story goes he spent a long time earning the trust of this deer, trying to get it to eat from his hand. Eventually it started to trust him. And would eat right from his hand. And one day Neal just stabbed it in it's neck and killed it."

Serial Killer Neal Falls, DOB 9/24/1969, worked as a security guard in Springfield OR, Eugene OR, Henderson NV, and Butler IN where he had a pistol permit, his victims were young pretty blonde females.

Has it been confirmed that NMF (the blog says his middle name is Martin) has worked as a security guard in all of these locations? Thanks.

Definitely confirmed in Oregon.

Great sleuthing. They need to get verified as an 'insider' by a moderator but that is not difficult. Since this NMF is toast, they have nothing to fear from sharing their experiences and it would be great insight on how these predators think/act.

By the way, the deer story must be from Oregon, too.

Perhaps the most compelling part of it is that it would take significant patience to get a wild deer to learn to eat from a human hand. Unless it were very young, perhaps a couple seasons.

Of course, my perspective is that of a deer hunter. They always seem to avoid coming anywhere near me.

Deer in Kentucky generally don't walk up to you, either. Not sure if the story Neal told is true, but many recount him telling this story. True or not, the fact that Neal even has such a story to tell, is pretty telling in itself

Narrowing down Falls' movements has also proved to be a harrowing task for investigators, who say he did not carry a smartphone and did not appear to rely on modern technology.

Woah that re-enactment was crazy! He sure seems to have confidence in his ability to overpower the victim, even laying his weapon down within reach! Scary! So glad she was able to grab it and shoot!

I also did a little digging on Premier Security in Eugene; they provide unarmed security. Also found a bit more info on Falls and his dog from a former Eugene landlord....

"She checked her records and realized she rented a room to Neal Falls, 45, in 2010 - and evicted him a year later.

"The first thing that he did that was a little odd was that he immediately changed the deadbolt to his own room so that only he had a key," said Pauline, who asked to not be identified by her last name. "He said he had guns and weapons and that he was a security guard."

Pauline said Falls passed a background check before moving into the house on Holly Avenue.

In his renter's application, Falls indicated he worked for a local security company assigned to the Hilton hotel downtown.

Pauline said Falls worked the graveyard shift and slept during the day.

"Little creepy, very tightly lipped and not a chummy guy, definitely not a chummy guy," she said. "Somebody who doesn't like to be exposed."

A year after Falls moved into the house, Pauline said he brought a puppy home without asking.

But it was the way that he isolated the puppy that concerned her.

"He was just training this dog in a really weird way and keeping it in the car, that was just something - no way," she said.

Neal did work for a national security guard company after the Hoover Dam. The companies name was Wackenhut Security at the time, but I believe they operate under a different name now.

Not official but sources at another site claiming to have known Falls when he was a security guard at their apartment complex say his dog was a pitbull.

He apparently had dentures for both his top and bottom set of teeth, but was only known to wear his top set of dentures.
