Not sure about court proceedings but I did read an article stating he had reported someone for trespassing on his property. I can try and find it again if you think it would be helpful.

I would be interested in that - I don't recall seeing that before.

By the way - how creepy would that be for the trespasser to realize he/she might've been lurking around on a SK's property!

If someone has a specific county/locale in mind, let me know and I don't mind linking to public sources for court docket searches, or the lack thereof.

If it turns out NMF is a SK, I think he went through an evolution or two. I think the Backpage.com thing is relatively new. I say that because his online presence - and I am seriously skeptical of the transvestite line of thinking - is almost nil (even if you include the BJRoss/Dusty Fog stuff). Unless some new information pops up about an online persona, I just don't think he had one.

There are 2 main AR-15 forums, ar15.com (arfcom) and M4carbine.net. (Sorry idoctor, I was sandbagging you a little bit with the firearm stuff.) Of course, they attract people interested in other firearms, and have developed communities within the forums themselves. So far, it doesn't look like there is any link to the known aliases of NMF.

If he was REALLY into firearms, and had any sort of internet proclivities, I think he would be on one (or both) of those. There are also Nevada and Oregon based shooters forums, and there does not appear to be any link to him in those usernames.

All the news reports about this say some variation of "he did not have a significant criminal record." I think a DUI or certainly an assault would have been mentioned.

Along those same lines, he had numerous "interactions" that did not end up with an arrest or citation. Given some of the other reports, it seems like he would troll through red light districts, look suspicious, but not get arrested.

As for the trespass in Oregon, almost sounds like he owned property up there. I had missed that earlier. I also wonder who that person is.

Heather doesn't look like a guy to me. A man can't get a chin like that without $50,000 worth of plastic surgery.

Most MTF transsexuals and transvestites are not gay. Many are more like Bruce/Caitlin Jenner than RuPaul, in the sense that (aside for dressing up) they often have stereotypically male interests, like golf or, say, firearms. This will probably sound strange to people unfamiliar with the phenomenon, but there it is.

I like the theory, but I think Heather is (biologically) a woman. She looks feminine (although she is slender and that can sometimes lend an androgynous look). But mostly it's her voice. I have never heard a man who could emulate a feminine voice so well.

According to the guy I've talked with he said all Falls would ever really talk about was military, police, guns, and survivalist topics. He was also allegedly a fan of New Kids on the Block. Also there was no avatar on the Dusty_Fog account, at least not the myspace one that we definitely linked to Falls. All that's there is a music playlist.

Those posts are from 2005. Now I know why aways back Heather asked if anyone knew if he had a 94 Isuzu trooper. I guess from a recnt post, she now has confirmed that he did and that it was white. How was this confirmed?
