I posted on this girls thread to ask whether the human remains found in Rockcastle county were ever identified. The remains were found in april and I can't find anything else on it since then. If it is not this girl, I would like to know of it is a female. IF so, it could be a possible tied to NF.

At this point, because we know so little, I think everything is fair game. I also think he's the type that would pretend he's a supercop with a security badge and pull people over.
 
I don't think Falls was particularly intelligent or cunning in committing his murders, I think he was just lucky. If most of the murders connected to him were in Vegas then local authorities are so backed up with cases of dead sex workers, it's unlikely their stories would have ever seen the light of day if not for the vigilance of at least two of the women's mothers. It's possible there's more than the 4 that we know about there. Then also living in OR, the Portland area is very popular for the homeless to migrate to and it wouldn't be much for him to make a drive out there and pick off a few people, who sadly wouldn't have been noticed or missed by society.

I wouldn’t doubt that he impersonated being a police officer by using a badge and a portable flashing rooftop light on his vehicle to pull someone over.

I also wonder if he had a gps unit in his vehicle or if he carried a hand held gps unit with him while he was out in the boonies.

If he stored any tracks or waypoints on his gps unit, it could be a possible location where he trolled for victims, kept his hidden stash, or buried his victims.
 
I've been following this thread and case as closely as the internet allows.

I viewed the social media pages that were possibly linked to NF through an old cell number. I started to look into what the name "dusty fog" could stand for and found that there is a book tied to the civil war times called "kill dusty fog" he is a character who was overtaking some sort of power I'm the civil war era and was sought after. I also noted that on one of the social media pages the one with the name (BJ R) on facebook had a video that had been reposted and was also referencing a western from a similar time period. The details of the Dusty Fog character is something that should be looked at in further detail. NF could have seen this as his alter ego which explains telling his final victim that they were coming for him and he was in a lot of trouble. Just a thought that I hadn't seen mentioned thus far.

Linking the crystal Rodgers case here because there is a discussion of the recent discovery of a possibly human female hand ,found in the river. There was also a ,mother and daughter from Bardstown that went missing about a year ago. I am still wondering if the Rodgers case is connected to NF.

I Still feel that Falls did something very recent that caused him to tell the WVA victim that he was going to prison for a very long time and that he knew he messed up somewhere on whatever he did recently and would be caught.

He was clearly living in Greensburg, Kansas in 1994-5 per above obituary.
Any chance he could be the I-70 killer? I would love to see photos of him at the time because the composite drawing of the I-70 killer looks strikingly similar to an older and heavier faced Neal in many ways. His age would completely fit the I-70 killer and one poster commented that he was all about domination and control. Another wise poster stated that he could very well have changed his techniques and methods over the years. Maybe his earliest method was shooting his victims in the head I-70 style.... Now, wouldn't that be the greatest irony of all since that's the way he was taken out by brave Heather.

So, according to this, Neal was one of TEN siblings? Is that true? He had NINE brothers and sisters?!
 
This link gives a DOB from 1949-1954 for the I-70 killer. The comments are interesting.

I do see a resemblance between the composite and NF though and he would have been in his early 20's at the time of the I-70 murders. Not sure of NF's ht. but inferred from comments by coworkers at Hoover Dam on FB that he was a small man and the ht of the I 70 killer is 5'7"-5'9" so the ht fits. The hair color is similar also.

One other thing that has been bothering me about NF is he appears to have a messed up left eye and a redness to the left side of his face. Has anyone else noticed this? Anyway, One of the comments at the first link I posted mentioned the I-70 killer had a messed up eye. Here's a link with a pick of NF.

Yep CD82 and only one sister came forward to comment on him after he was killed. They allegedly had an abusive upbringing according to a friend. The last they heard from him was at the mother's funeral in Jan.

Dang I must have missed that! Wonder where he fell in the birth order.....I know birth order doesn't make a difference most of the time, but when you have so many siblings AND come from an abusive home, that's often a pretty good recipe for trouble. Can you link me to what the sister said, or fill me in on it? Thanks :)

I saw that written in one of the news articles as well. An interview with an anonymous friend of his. It was also written that his father was abusive and would beat the mother in front of the kids.
