Thank you. Carlene is being looked at as a possible match for the Oneida county Jane doe 1986. I noticed strong similarities in the facial reconstruction of the UID and Carlene brown so I submitted the possible match. It should take less than two months because they have the same identifiers which is dentals.

Does anyone think this may be a match? I don’t know because the victim was found 6 years after Carlene disappeared and the vital statistics don’t really match but I just wanted to bring it up.

It's Arroyo Grande Jane Doe

\ETA\ I think CarlK could probably tell us if Carlene could be AGJD. He has seen Carlene's dental records, as they were included in the case file Ice received for Linda Pagano's unidentified remains (Carlene was compared to Linda's remains at some point). I recall he passed them along to someone handling Carlene's case.

The arroyo grande Jane doe found in Henderson Nevada but the distance is to great and the victim died around 24-48 hours before discovery and its very unlikely because Carlene probably died on the day she disappeared.

I hope tge doe network responds to me soon. I found a pic of the Jane does skull that was found in Idaho in 1986 and there aren’t many teeth but dental records can still be compared.

This is the skull of the Jane doe found in 1986. The reason why I think this is Carlene is because it is unknown when the decedent died so it could fit the Timeline. The skull is sitting with the top of the head on the surface. I think a mandible was recovered.

Was Ted Bundy in prison when Deborah Rae Meyer vanished? He usually went after young girls who were by themselves and Deborah fits the description of teds other victims. Deborah’s thread needs attention!

If I'm understanding, you're asking if there's a way to add Carlene to the NCMEC database? If so, a few years ago, I asked NCMEC about adding a missing child from Maine who wasn't listed with them and they said whether or not a case was listed was up to the law enforcement agency handling the case. So, you'd start there, I guess.
