I think my point is the situation they were in is not a normal scenario, so I would be worried, my basis is more on the events that were unfolding at the time, also the car note saying 5 days, surely if they thought he was coming back they’d have left the car for a few more days so he could get back home (no phone to call for them to pick him up) It’s other things too like gardening and going to a library. Something just seems off to me. I think I have an issue because although we all parent differently and most of don’t know what it’s like to be in their shoes it just feels alien, and as a human being it’s hard to understand.
Added - I think a lot more of us understand how’s gabbys family reacted to her being missing and she also went away a lot, than we do to how he laundries have. It’s like chalk and cheese, total opposite reactions. I think even gabbys dad mentioned this, saying why aren’t they out there like we were.
