Speculation this afternoon’s coroner press conference might be in conjunction with the feds appears to be wrong. US Attorney’s Office in Wyoming says “this is not our press conference and our office is not commenting on the case.”

Interesting. I'm wondering how much we're going to hear without them present. But, whatever they do tell us, the Feds have blessed. MOO. The coroner's office isn't bound to listen to their direction as far as I am aware (MOO) but they generally will, particularly in an open and ongoing investigation. JMO

@Cinna from last thread.
Sensitive people with anxiety are often susceptible to severe panic attacks. They generally need some alone time to rebalance their emotions. If they don't get that time, things can spiral out of control and they can act irrationally.

We are on the same page with this. And Gabby was extrovert and Brian introvert. But, both sensitive in different ways. And Gabby admitted both suffered from anxiety.

What do you mean "They can't remember?" And we don't know at all that anything was added to their bill, or her bill, that is, since she seemed to pay for everything. IMO

Maybe he was just having one of his tantrums over the stage of the moon or something.

No one has .much to say about the incident!
It.was.busy

I'm not somsure.it was as big a deal as it was.made.out to be!
Reading their FB page everyone s asking the same question?

Why would he be upset with the bill?
They Knew what they ordered.and what.it.would.cost so ....

I spoke w/ renowned forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht today who has worked on a lot of high profile cases & he says he believes one of the key reasons how #GabbyPetito died hasn’t been released yet could be because info the coroner & FBI knows is info only the killer would know
He also says in his expert opinion, no kind of test would have required a month or even weeks to release how #GabbyPetito died. “It’s a matter if proper investigation, perpetration and obtaining information from any suspect or person of interest,” said Dr. Cyril Wecht.
*If* information on how #GabbyPetito died is released in the press conference this afternoon, he says he believes it’ll be limited.

Odd they conviently.can't remember! It was.to busy

Just as an FYI, the restaurants here have been completely overrun with tourists, and employees can't find housing within an hour for less than $1000/room (often times much more than that). The restaurant was likely completely slammed, and there's a good chance the employee was a foreigner on a work visa with subpar communication skills. Not to make excuses for a temper tantrum at a service industry employee, but it's very possible they waited a long time to place a takeout order (or for a table) and then waited awhile for their food. We'll likely never know the details of that incident, but it may not be terribly relevant. GP crying during the incident is obviously a red flag, but there could be many reasons for that as well.

I'm guessing it was a % gratuity added to the bill.
MOO
The restaurant notes
on FB they add 18% on all discounted meals, so like 2 for 1 tacos, the 18% is added.

I have to say, neither would I . Ever. I would not trust the machine or the person to correctly read the responses. Jmo

Exactly. And the Laundrie's lawyered up so quickly, SB probably told them to not take it as well. I personally wouldn't read too much into this. I wouldn't read too much into it even if BL said he wouldn't take one. Again, any lawyer will tell you it's a bad idea.

I just don't think there is any way that a shot would not have been heard. But outside of MOO there are many many ways to determine a death is homicide even before an autopsy, much less afterwards.

Silencers can be made quite easily out of common things. He seems like the type that would know how to do it. Jmo

Totally agree with you. Jmo

According to Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg, if Brian Laundrie’s family attorney knows exactly where the fugitive 23-year-old is, he is not required by law to inform the FBI of his client’s whereabouts.

On Monday night, News Nation spoke with Aronberg, who is also a former state legislator.

“No one is compelled to affirmatively alert law enforcement where someone is,” Aronberg added.

“Now, don’t even think about it in terms of whether or not Brian has a lawyer – no one is compelled to go to a police officer affirmatively and say, ‘Hey, I know where he is,'” he continued.

“It is a criminal to lie to police enforcement when they ask you a question. Even though lawyers are protected by the attorney-client privilege, there is a crime fraud exception. So, if the lawyer assists Brian in escaping, or if the lawyer destroys evidence, it would be a felony, and the lawyer might face charges.

“But no, even if the lawyer knows where Brian is, he is under no responsibility to go to police enforcement and inform them.”

Interesting. I wonder if the lawyer actually has a piece of paper, or a bona fide legally-binding document, with Brian L, an adult, signing to hire him. Can his parents hire an attorney for him, if he has never signed on the dotted line when he is clearly an adult, wouldn't he have to prove he was alive? Just curious.

What scientists know is that the stomach completely empties within 4 to 6 hours of eating. If the stomach is completely empty, the person died more than 4 to 6 hours after they last ate. If there is stomach contents and it matches a known meal such as the Merry Piglets, in this case, then the coroner would know she died within 4 to 6 hours of eating that meal.
Do we know if she ate at MP? It sounds like the trip there was traumatic. I know they spoke with the restaurant but the restaurant has been mum with the exception of acknowleding she was in there. MOO https://twitter.com/WFLAJustin/status/1440838141615632387/photo/1

Gabby Petito autopsy results expected shortly from Teton county coroner

If that’s the actual spot where they found her body it does not look like the soil below the stones was overturned at all. IMO I never thought she was buried. Someone would have needed quite a large shovel to dig a hole large enough to bury a body and even if you tried to be neat there would still be overturned earth. JMO
