Well, on the 30th aug Gabby's phone was used to send a message to her mom. So, where did the phone ping from? Not from Wyoming, but somewhere about 6 to 8 hours east of Jackson. If his phone was on, it likely pinged in the same place. jmo
Flashback to the sad Watts annihilation. His cell phone pings and texts to girlfriend etc.
Excellent point.

Not sure but she said she posted it a long time ago and I never saw it but it sure sounds like that would be the route he took. jmo
I'd be interested in seeing what the terrain looks like in general.

What is this hand photo I heard about it a while ago but we can rarely get on sites to see things here in the uk. I wouldn’t put anything past the laundries MOO

I am in the UK too. I follow Brian Entin from Newsnation on Twitter and also the WFLA team. I can't access their websites due to European Privacy laws however if you search WFLA & Newsnation on YouTube the majority of their content & broadcasts are there, and WFLA will occasionally live stream there too.

The ' hand ' was from drone footage taken of the Laundries garden. A clip from it appeared on Tik Tok and indeed, at first it did look like a hand reaching out of the planter & passing something to RL. However, once the drone owner released the 4K footage, you can see it is actually a weed she is trying to pull, she doesn't quite grasp it and it flips back over.

A bunch of folks here want to see him alive so that they can see to it that he is executed in the name of the people of the united states. I do not want ANYONE executed in my name. To me, that is barbarism. I want him alive to face justice, which to me, is the remainder of his life incarcerated for the protection of civil society. What he does or doesn't do in prison doesn't matter to me at all. JMO
I do not want him to have the death penalty. That just means lots of free legal services on our dime, while dragging the family through tons of appeals. LWOP is perfect for him.

The body-cam footage from the 2nd officer, the officer approaches the van and says to BL, "Hey, we got a call about a male hitting a female and the two of them getting in this vehicle and taking off." Gabby is already out of the van at this point.

BL responds, "Sorry, I, I, I, I, don't have time to defend myself by sitting here."

This exchange takes place at about 30 seconds into the footage.

That, along with him being less jovial with this officer, has always bothered me. He doesn't have time to defend himself? Or, he has time to defend himself but not while sitting? Either way, it reads to me, that he believed hitting Gabby was a defensible action on his part. Sorry, it's not.

Given his "... I don't have time..." response, it's no surprise to me that he's "missing". If even just from a moral standpoint, he needs to own up to his actions.

Good catch. It also has a slightest hint of "men are always accused and have to defend themselves." Instead of just explaining his version of what happened. Combine that with the other statement about "Is there anything I can do to make this go away?" and he's either really tone deaf and awkward - or he's got a case of entitlement going on.

"I don't have time," said to LE...wow (and they still were nice to him).

If it were presented with other evidence that is less than circumstantial I think it could.

If BL is found and prosecuted, whoever tries the case will have a big job cut out for them. And just like in the Casey A case, they need to think very hard about what charges to bring against him because that is also something members of a jury will take into consideration.

I would never be selected by the side of prosecution because of my very strict beliefs when it comes to the death penalty. But if they go for a lesser charge that would be life in prison if found guilty, then that’s another story.
I think it’s going to be massive undertaking of course, it’s also why I think they haven’t said he’s anything more than a POI because they want to gather everything they can. Currently he’s the only POI and I think that speaks a lot. I’m from the uk and we don’t have the death penalty only whole life terms for the seriously wicked (but that’s another debate) I don’t believe in it personally, I think the greatest punishment for BL would be to be confined away from nature for the rest of his life MOO.
I hope they gather so much evidence it’s a slam dunk because if he’s found not guilty and he does it again (which has happened in other cases because they know they can get away with it) there would be an uproar. All MOO

To me it looks to puffy to be a backpack, I think sleeping bag maybe BL left it. I’m not saying it’s her I’m saying it was weird at the time I took that screenshot that I said her feet look awkward but then today the news came out about the hiking boots, just odd I mentioned feet is all. I definitely don’t see a back pack though, maybe a coat or a sleeping bag IMO.

What screenshot are you referencing? I stepped away and have not seen the last few pages but I’d like to clarify and move on. TIA

Where did you get the phone ping information from? Have they release those records?

Nothing in swamp, BL left earlier than parents say. He is on the run. On Moab video Gabby says they had been fighting ALL morning! It’s after 5 pm according to policemen. 1 hour and 17 minutes video. August 12 2021 . If you are trained Gabby was a battered woman. Allot to learn from video. ID channel special report

The black blanket under the tree? I grabbed a screenshot from the video but am still not sure if I'm looking in the correct area?
The orange is either GP's pink thermarest or an orange one belonging to BL or made by a different company. But I would go with "camping mattress". IMO

Trace DNA could show up. There was a recent conclusion to a cold case in my area where a young girl was kidnapped, tortured for a week and left tied to a tree in a wildlife area, in the wintertime, where she passed away just hours before LE were notified by hunters who found her. It was a cold case since the early 90's and a year or two ago they were able to get trace DNA (from either her clothing, her backpack or what she was tied up with that was left near the tree) and her killer was found and convicted. So DNA, even a speck, can withstand exposure to outdoor elements. I hope that's the case this time. IMO.

And fingerprints can too, more likely when a person is found near their time of death - or a few hours later. In Gabby's case we would need the skin on her throat and neck to be intact, as one could expect BL's fingerprints to be in various places on her body, I suppose. Her cheeks, for example. In the dry, cool-at-night climate of Wyoming...it's possible. It's not common, but it is possible. A lot depends on things like how much oil/sweat was on the skin to begin with (to leave a good imprint).

Thanks for this account. Sadly it's geoblocked in Europe
