Seems like 2 arraignments were mentioned in the Media (one of them maybe is incorrect info? .. and actually was her "being charged" not "arraigned", or is it the same thing basically?)
Talking about this:

OK I looked at the charges and it looks like it is referencing the original criminal court case that was transferred to the Supreme Court.the next appearance is 11/28.The NY Court criminal website finally has in in the system.

Why would it be going to the Supreme Court already? I thought cases only went to the Supreme Court when they were on appeal?
