I saw him stand up one day and he had a badge on. He was standing to the side of ZA with another guy in a suit with a badge. So not sure maybe security?

He was right there with ZA as he was escorted out of the courtroom. Can't imagine many people would be allowed to go back there.

If they did surprise the defense, that's one way to shake them up. I imagine Thompson has been practicing cross examining him for months now.

Dang it! I rescheduled my doctor's appointment so I could see the opening statements Monday, and changed it to today at 11:15 EST. AND since Irma knocked our landline out the service tech is to be here between 1-4 today! Of all days. LOL!

•May 31, 2014: Pearcy’s half-brother Mark Pearcy is arrested in Carroll County on charges tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact. Police say his voice is on the recording that his brother had.
•June 18, 2014: Suspect Jeff Pearcy professes his innocence in an exclusive interview with News 2.
•July 29, 2014: A witness says she was shown video of Holly Bobo being sexually assaulted by Zachary Adams in May, just before the Pearcy brothers were arrested.

Well - this is the first time I've heard these two guys' names! What happened with these guys? Says arrested - are they in jail? If anyone knows!

I've shot a .308! Boy, did my shoulder get a BIG black & blue bruise - and pushed me back a few feet!! :scared: LOL!

Aydrianna - I believe it was the first day of trial that HB's mother testified. Go to the previous thread - and you'll find a full videos of this.

I saw on a live feed the Man sitting behind ZA in bright jacket is an Investigator with the 24 Judicial Drug Task Force.

I doubt he cares. It will give him more time to be out of his jail cell.

I totally agree with presenting Jason's testimony now. For three days the Jury has seen all the evidence and nothing to link Zach to it. To me Jason's testimony is like a second opening statement. The Prosecutor has the rest of the trial to corroborate what he testifies to. If there is a "burp" from his testimony, they have time to fix it whereas if he testifies at the end they don't have that opportunity with further witnesses.
