Thank you check into this great site every day but never post ! Stlll do let down from the Casey Anthony verdict so hoping for justice for Holly . Found JA testimony beleivable and ZA defence lady is just terrible!!

I have been following this trial and the whole case since beginning here from the UK thanks so much for the updates ! I have a question what was in the bucket I thought we would find out from the man who found Hollys remains?

I think if my memory is correct that the skull was found under the bucket. I believe it was turned over. If there was anything else I didn't catch it.

Yes the infamous bucket Everyone was waiting on for so long. Nothing else in testimony so far on the bucket. It sounded like all items found were just scattered in that area, the bucket included.

I think he was in it up to his eyeballs. Imo, he always worried if the immunity agreement would be null and void by a Judge. So he took the cowardly way out instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop.

IMHO

I was sitting here wondering if his grandpa was in the courtroom when this was said and how he felt about that. Planning his inheritance before he's passed on.

The cases I have served on as a juror did have transcripts and if we had questions during deliberations a request to the Judge would be made to have that testimony read back to us. I am sure it will be the same in this one. They cannot do this in the deliberation room but all must come out in the well of the court to hear the read back together.

I served as juror on a murder trial about 20 years ago in Davidson County, Tennessee. We asked about transcript and the bailiff laughed at us and said this wasn't TV. We could have the transcript if we paid $22.00 a page for it. I don't know if that's a statewide situation or just Davidson County. And, of course, it could have changed since then.
