Shayne didn't have keys to house, to their vehicle, etc. He didn't drive their vehicles.

Why is the judge tellng to only answer the questions? He never did that to the state's witnesses! I do NOT like the way this judge is handling this trial...

Probably trying to protect her from opening the door where the state can bring more evidence in if she rattles off something she isn't suppose to do.

I think the judge is trying to protect the defendant, even though these are defense witnesses. He doesn't want them saying anything that is not what the defense wants them to testify to.

Any predictions about how the defense is going to lay out their case? Who will they put up to prove Zach is innocent?

Unfortunately, they don't have to prove he is innocent. He's presumed innocent. All they need to do is try to discredit the State's evidence. With this cast of characters I'm not sure they can come up with anyone who might have anything good to say about him.

We (or someone in the family ) went to visit Autry every week

Jason had a copy of a report about some pink underwear & he stuck it up on the window

That same time (visit), he told us Holly had been shot through t back of t head and bullet came out etc...


Testifying that Autry shared discovery with them
