BINGO... so yup, JA fit his testimony to the evidence..... thus, I throw his entire testimony out, if I'm on the jury.

I might as well, accept that all the cell phone pings fit the story as well. Plus, JA is just as guilty as ZA since they were both present when she was murdered.

I don't know there was a "silver spoon". Focusing on the trial, I think the State is trying to prove that SA's mom did indeed know that her son knew important information about the kidnapping, rape, and killing of Holly.

He didn't deny being there when she was killed.

I'm really confused to this as well. I believe his testimony, which put him at the scene after they had her "wrapped up in a multi colored blanket" so what is the point if he knows what the evidence against them was? That is called discovery in the legal process, right?

It seems it was the same way for Zach and his grandfather never let him handle his own problems. He gave him a place to stay and paid for his lawyers every time he was in trouble.

They both seemed have been enablers.
