Respected! I felt that way for 8 months now..as I said, I recently a convert from guilty to not guilty. I don't think we will ever REALLY know. Right now the evidence points to SA, tomorrow it might point to another suspect, but only the killer really knows.

...and by the way~~thanks~~I think I need to be more assertive when I talk to my boss about all these weirdo's I seem to come across in my profession.

Yes you do. Please be careful, BCA.

I have lost many dear to me. We have talked about this =(

As far as blaming any victim, Sierah Joughin, her brother & mother are part of our martial arts family and have been for years.
She was only 20, abducted & murdered. Her case is discussed here on WS ( flashing across the top for weeks now )

I would NEVER in a million years blame a victim of anything, for what's happened to them.
Good luck chatting with your boss!

I would agree with you but for the fact that Websleuths has many threads where women where not cautious and it cost them their lives.

I think that TH was being cautious and that's why SA (possibly) lured her to her death. JMO

And aren't a lot of those cases where a woman has had involvement as in a relationship with the perp.? DV cases and all those types of cases. Wonder who was calling & harrassing TH on the phone before her death? A mystery caller that we don't know who it was yet? And why was that person harrassing her? Maybe stalking her? If i had to guess i would say TH was killed by someone she probably knew very well. It's usually statistically how those cases go.
And then what if TH was targeted for a different agenda like setting up SA?

females? Have u posted your theory somewhere? I am very interested!

ETA: where is the post I am quoting it's BigCityAccountant's post? It didn't show up.

BCA ~ I just wanna say... I remember when you first came to the forum. I remember you were convinced that he was guilty.... and I remember most of your opinions were based off of the media at the time. It's been a long road..... LOL

I have said for a long time that I could accept it if it's proven that SA killed her, but I have to say, after the last few days, I have gone from 99% thinking he is not guilty to 99.9% LOL yep, that's right, I am reserving my 0.1% ;-)

Yes, and we've had many discussion just like the one tonight...LOL We've agreed to disagree many many times. ;) Heated at times, but in the end still friends.

If you don't look at the reports, doc's with a bias, you will find that you are fact based 99.0% of the time. I can recall having an opinion, you posting reports or doc's...going back and re-reading and saying...oh, yeah..she is right...

Me to me to!!
And BCA, you've always been such a sweetheart!!

Didn't SA answer the door in a towel because he had been in a swimming pool? Thought i read that somewhere?

OH, just caught what you were trying to say Wendy!! By the way, I don't think I've officially said....:greetings:

Yes, in my pet pocket...I have not disclosed the females because they are not mentioned in the reports, doc's etc...so they can't be sleuthed, respecting privacy and all...

However, I will say this about one...jealousy works both ways male and female....

I have not heard that TH was afraid of SA? TH had dealings with SA quite a few times from what i have read, & it wasn't the first time she had met with him to take photos of vehicles.
If she was scared of him i think she would have mentioned about going there by herself IMO, and got someone else to go with her or not gone there at all.
I just don't get that she was scared of him, because i think she would of confided that to someone she trusted like her mother or best friend and it would of come out as information from her family before the trial, IMO.

I feel that if more women act in the manner you describe there would be less violence perpetrated against them.

The problem is a lot of women have jobs where either you go where your told to go or you have no job. I'm not sure if it's feasible for company's to provide escorts for female employees when doing outside jobs. JMO

One of them I'm pretty sure I've got the same idea, but as you say, she drops off the map after some initial mentions. The other... I'm also intrigued. Hmm.

The other has to do with an address in or around New Holstein.

I agree Ranch that no woman should ever be placed in a vulnerable position because of her job. Especially these days where in a lot of cases women are killed by someone they know, but in a smaller percentage of cases it can be a random stranger who is the perp. as in some of rape & murder cases.
No woman IMO should ever be at risk in her work environment.

Simple & logical deduction: If TH thought she'd be meeting with SA, then she might not have been willing to go and photograph the van (since she told her coworker SA creeped her out). So SA made it look like it would be Barb Janda TH would be meeting that day. The initial phone call to arrange the appointment was made from the Janda phone. It was SA who creeped out TH, not others on or associated with the business (like the Jandas).

Then, when SA called TH directly from his cell phone (twice) that afternoon he obscured his phone number so TH wouldn't know it was really him calling.

Fascinating conjecture... How was he planning to make his voice sound female?

LOL

So think back to your days as a 25 yr old man.... what would you think if a woman in her 40's answered the door in a towel? LOL

****** answer carefully.... I'm in my 40's  JK

I'm guessing that most wouldn't think it's a big deal... and I don't think you can even answer this unless we assume that the woman had a history like SA's.

I think even if I were an 80yr old man, I would say Ewwww if I had to see SA in a towel!!! *shudder*

No she wasn't scared of him. We get that, but the rumers still persist no matter how much evidence to the contrary there is. JMO

Oh dexter! I am so sorry about Sierah!
I've been following that case. ( that is one that has kept me up all night, for sure!). How terrifying was that perp? Can't believe what they found at his place! Looks like Seirah stopped a serial killer, (tragically, with her life.).

She had an indescribably lovely smile, to go with her beautiful name.

I feel so bad for Josh...and everyone who lost that vibrant young lady. (((((dex))))))

This witness seems believable to me. It shows that TH was repulsed by SA coming out in only a towel. That's very understandable.

It also makes it believable to me that SA would use tactics in the future to disguise his identity in order for TH to come to him. JMO

Agreed. I have never heard any female use the term "Eww" for anything other than dislike, creeped out, grossed out etc etc. If one of my friends said "Eww" in reference to a guy, I could turn to my other friend and say she was creeped out by him and not be lying. I have never heard it used as a sign of suprise. I think he knew she was creeped out too!
