ZFG Civil Case: Casey's Deposition

i agree totally with your post but im confused on the laywer not allowed to present false documents or lie in court part. is anyone trying to do this in the ZFG case? will you explain that part to me please. if its in regard to my post about being careful in dealing with caseys situaton that was more of a general thought regarding how i feel scared that the tide will turn towards caseys favor if misinformation is used to seek prosectution, gain attention or write articles or books on her.
now you have me intrigued. what is your concern about lawyers lying in court. is that for JB or for ZFG's lawyers?
i hope its not ZFG's lawyers because I really feel she has a case. ZFG may not ever see a penny if she wins due to appeals but i'd still like to see her stand up for herself and ultimately win to vindicate herself. caseys behavior has been abhorrant in this case and i want her called to the carpet for it.

I don't have any concerns about lawyers lying in this case. My concern is that just because someone believes they may have lied does not make it so. Neither one of the lawyers, KC's civil attorney or ZG's attorney have been accused of misconduct so someone saying they lied or they are involved in some kind a fraud before the court should not be preceived as being true when there are no actual facts to back that up just a lot of finger pointing.

No one is in trouble. KC's attorneys just do not want her to testify but since they filed a counter suit at this point she may not have a choice or she can plead the 5th which, IMO, will probably make JM happy, too. jmo

Has Baez dedicated his life to ICA? As long as she has the defense team protecting her, she is set for life. I would think they would get tired of this eventually, however, Baez seems to be emotionally attached to her....sad!

I don't think JB ever thought she'd be free and if she did escape the DP by the time KC got out she'd be so attached to Big Bertha that he would be just a distance memory. Now she is getting out, going to make his life miserable. KC will be like a baby bird that the momma bird just can't get food into her fast enough to suit her. Be careful what you wish for. jmo

I figure that her lawyers will argue Casey is mentally unfit to be under oath. The solitary jail confinement has taken away her rational at this time. But give her time to leave town, she be fine for a probably already lined up $1,000,000.00+++ pay day.

My, she's attorney-loaded, that girl! He was not available for comment...hmm.

The motion won't be heard till Friday,..gads, some emergency hearing. Is this the best they can do? By the time the court hears the motion, time will be very short..

Whew! Thanks. That's strange though because yesterday when I searched for anthony,casey she showed up and today she didn't. My search terms were even saved there.

She is going to be stuck on him like white on rice. His wife is going to be really unhappy with the situation, imo. Who wants a situation where the public is speculating whether your husband is having an affair with his notorious client?

And IF he wants to keep control of Casey for their payday, then Casey will demand a lot of attention from him. He will be in a torturous situation, imo.

And I also believe that Casey will be like a time bomb. He will try hard to keep her away from microphones but she does whatever she wants. And she is pumped up by her 'victory' right now. She wrongly believes she is untouchable now. If she is interviewed she will say ridiculous and controversial things. She is still a narcissist and a sociopath, Not Guilty verdict or not. And now she is feeling empowered. imoo

The first time I searched I inputed 'Anthony, Casey' and had no returns.
The second time I omitted the comma and got a hit.
The third time I used only her last name and got the same hit.

I see that, this Charles M Greene is not connected to the Baez law firm.
What happened to that < unusual > fellow Jonathon Kassen that was representing her in this case?
