Fortunately, a civil case like this only calls for a 'preponderance of the evidence,' which means the jury, if there is one, would only have to decide which version of what will be presented in court is more believable. And if they introduce character witnesses who attest to the history of the person involved, like KC, I suspect we'll see a lot of the people who've been mentioned in this case will be there as witnesses for ZG -- attesting to all the lies KC tells.
