BBM - that is strange. It seems I remember the lady who helped her mom move on Sunday posted her story of what happened in the moving process on WKRG's facebook page, which is a tv station in Mobile, Alabama. Maybe I am remembering it incorrectly? JMO

Just saw your post. It is fine where I am at now. Only minor repairs at my house. Just a big mess, and power outages are finally cleared. Other areas of Jacksonville had really bad flooding along the river and Black Creek. It is so sad. I am just thankful everyone is ok.

Yes, Jordan would be 19 today. He is in Heaven where his life is eternal, and there is no doubt in my mind he is with Trayvon as well. My Prayers for Jordan's Mother and Father on this day of his 19th birthday, coming on the heels of this trial. Justice will be served for Jordan.

IMO - the jury (well, not all of them) were hung on the degree of the charge. Frankly don't see the point, of being hung on that issue, in that he was found guilty on all of the other charges. Stubborness?

BBM - however, Strolla brought SYG defense in this case in and combined it with the duty to retreat and/with the use of deadly force. IMO - In a sneaky back door maneuver.

From what I remember, Yes, the Grand Jury handed down the indictment(s), so State went with that and was not formally challenged by the defense.

IMO - pay no attention whatsoever to the comments under articles of that news station. I know I certainly do not. Comments by cowards, racists, and the ignorant are pretty much the norm there. I pray for Justice for Jordan and his family. As I firmly believe, this will happen. JMO
