I just heard Mathew Perry was unconscious when he was injected. That would certainly take away Mathew Perry's right to choose to take this drug. Wouldn't that be considered murder? I so hope someone is charged, convicted and sentenced for this. No plea deals! What kind of human injects a drug...

I understand the responsibility of the 5 being charged, but ultimately wasn’t it Mathew Perry’s choice to take this drug? Could they be charged with his murder?
