they aren't there to do her heavy lifting. They are there to answer her questions about law and the legal trial process if she poses them. I doubt very much they are checking her homework before court each day. MOO

Lori asks, “More than 10?” He says I’m sure. “More than 20?” He says he talks with Pillar about his case. “More than 100?” He says he honestly cannot say. Lori asks how many text messages. He says he has never counted. Lori again says, “More than 10? More than 100?” She asks about the number of emails. He says he doesn’t know.

To me it sounds like part of LD's agenda to get Melani to leave BB by convincing her that BB was gay.

Lori's hatred is on display. IMO she hates him. For not being dead. Crazy victim blaming I've ever witnessed. She loathes him.

And she wants everyone to know about this supposed video which proves he's gay. I can't believe she's been allowed to keep saying it, despite sustained objections. 1. If he were gay, he can be. Move on. 2. But he's not gay but it's an allegation that has barbs, relative to his church standing iiuc. She knows it hurts him, so she keeps saying it.

And then to suggest she didn't tell MB that, that God Himself whispered it to her, I just can't with this woman.

She will stop at nothing.

He did testify yesterday that Melani claimed he was gay and that Lori tried to convince her he was. Something they argued about.

It is because she used that excuse to break up Melanie’s marriage. He is not gay. Not has he made anything up. Meanie said is a tv interview at some point since 2019 that Lori told her he was gay. Melanie was in an interview with her new husband. Around the time everyone was looking for the missing children.

this is getting goooood. Lori trying to back door a 3rd party defense here? If so she's getting knocked down. Because this conglomeration of emails between Pillar and Brandon also covers finances, cult, etc. Lori could be opening the door to the murders she is already convicted of. She needs to really tread carefully. I am gleefully awaiting her sticking her foot in it.

12:08 p.m. Judge asks Lori if she was intended to admit the email. Lori says yes and she would like to question Brandon about it. Judge says it may not be relevant. Treena asks if Lori is opening a third-party defense. Lori says she is not, she is trying to display her connection to Melanie but is not blaming her. Treena says she is not alleging a financial gain in this case and planned to keep it out. But if Lori brings in the email bringing up finances and the “cult,” Treena says this will change her witnesses. Judge is going to think about it over lunch. Be back at 1:10 p.m.

12:06 p.m. Judge says in the last line, Pillar wrote, “This information is requested to see if Melanie has any financial gain from your death.” Judge says it’s a fair area for the defense to talk about in general. Judge wants to hear from state. Treena says that is one conglomeration of emails, it doesn’t fully cover everything. Treena says the defendant has never raised a third-party defense. Treena says the Melanie case is an active investigation that is still ongoing. Treena says in terms of opening the door, there is an open investigation into Melanie Boudreaux and the text messages might relate to that case, the Tammy Daybell case and the Charles Vallow case.

12:03 p.m. Lori wants to admit an email she says is between Brandon and Pillar. Judge is reviewing the email. He says it appears to be three different emails on a screen from Feb. 12. He asks Lori what is relevant about the email. She says it’s relevant to his discussion from Oct. 2 until now. Judge asks what is relevant for this jury to decide – some fact they need to decide. Lori says it’s relevant in the way the email communicates in the information being given to detectives was directly from Brandon. Judge asks what in the content of the email is relevant to the case. Lori says, “The last line.”
