The other death is new and as much as I want to say who and where, I truly feel that doing so at this point would put others lives at risk.

For the safety of my family and others I really can't say anything else. I just wanted to give you all a heads up that this case might be a little more complicated than most of us thought. I hope this becomes public soon!

I've heard from a fairly reliable source that the State Patrol has asked Scott and two others (Matt Beard and Jarrod Potts) to take lie-detector tests and they are all refusing. Also, I've been told that Scott hasn't had a driver's licsence since 1991... I find that very interesting given...
