Thanksgiving is here and Kelly isn't - so sad. My prayers go out to her family on this day that families should celebrate together. On the issue of KZ possibly getting off on a technicality, rightly or wrongly I believe his life has been forever altered. The stain of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is going to...

Regarding the time lapsed security cameras, it is very possible Kelly could have walked out undetected. To understand the time lapse reference, think of some of the time lapse movies you may have seen; for example, watch a man grow a beard in 30 seconds. Obviously this is not possible in...

Putting myself in this person's shoes I can see that she may be reluctant to come forward. She may be hurt and embarrassed by the news that her boyfriend may be have been involved with another woman and may not want to have the spotlight on her.

I interpret it to mean that they take images periodically (say every 10 to 30 seconds), during which time someone could pass the cameras unseen on playback. The purpose of this would be to reduce the amount of data that needs to be stored.

If this is what KZ said, then obviously his story is not lining up with the evidence that she was seen on security camera going into his building. No wonder he is a POI.

Well this certainly adds a wrinkle. I'd say now that the coke dealer (remember, KZ sent Kelly to buy it) and the Kenosha man she may gave contacted via a cell phone on the Friday morning are both very viable POI's if Kelly made it out of the building alive. The theory that she may have...

I'm not sure that there was a text sent at 10 am - my understanding is that is the time they lost contact with her phone (i.e. either battery ran out or phone was turned off and no longer connected to cell network.)

I'm not sure this little tidbit has come out before but it could be significant...alleged drug user and child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 possessor, POI in missing person case, and now habitual liar. It all kinda fits IMO. Lying to Kelly could have led to all manner of conflicts with her (and a possible motive for...

Here is the mention of the marina search: WBG - can you tell us where you found this?

Yes, now they are gone, but the weekend of October 12th I believe there were still quite a few boats docked.

Taking this one step further, loading a large tote with gear/sails or large cooler with ice onto a boat would not seem unusual and could be quite heavy, requiring a hand truck or similar to transport. Even if he didn't have a boat or a friend with a boat, many public marinas offer rentals. I...

Is the marina search a community effort or official police search? Can't seem to find anything online about it. I wonder if KZ had access to a boat there. Is so, he had an entire great lake at his disposal (pardon the pun.)

Read the criminal complaint http://media.jrn.com/documents/zocco.pdf - the offending material was found in his apartment on a Maxtor external hard drive and a CD.

They weren't on his computer (i.e. the one at his friend's place), there were on an external hard drive and a CD at his place and the criminal complaint indicates that he stated he is the only person that lives there. Also, based on what I read in the complaint, it doesn't matter what he...
