She says that after the shot, he still continued to come after her and threatened her life. That would cancel the cooling off period, thereby justifying the inclusion of a manslaughter charge.
The murderer has studied the law quite well it seems. She covered her bases. *******. :furious:
So, he is still coming after her; why didn't he pick up the gun and shoot her? Why did she not pick up the gun and shoot him again. Supposedly he is the one who 'cut the rope' and knows where the knife is why didn't he get the knife and stab her?
She was the one who knew EXACTLY where the knife was; and while 'he is still coming after her'....She got it, and started stabbing him OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER....the only struggle was for TA.
Why not overpower her; because she planned it very well.
ETA: BTW I know THERE WAS NO STRUGGLE!! I was just playing along
