I can't believe we have heard over 150 questions from the juror, from what I've read and heard, yesterday was a good for the prosecution, although, I can't wait until this pathetic liar gets off the stand, just when you think she can't stick the knife in any further she goes on with the blathering.:furious:

Hopefully, we'll see Juan back in action real soon!

It's so sickening how she keeps coming up with new jabs at Travis as a means to try to hurt him even more. She can't seem to hate him enough. I hope the jury is able to see this.

I've had a problem with the socks since the beginning. This is a legitimate question. How many women here wear plain black high socks? Or, black socks at all. I have a couple pairs but they have zebra striped and pink cow spots on them. :blushing:

I do have a few, but I wear them with my boots when it gets cold. Not in the middle of summer in AZ!

I wear black socks? Im kinda short so ankleish socks are pretty but up to ky knee. But having two kids under four i tend to grab whatever is there and i end up with theirs lmao

it's only speculation, of course, but if i were wearing those pants, i would've been wearing sneakers with white socks. those are the only socks i ever wear.

That's what I will get! And then this one must be put in a full bath of water, maybe for a week. Then it should fully rust out. I take the SD card out and it shows 1 photo in Camera. WHAT, there is a hidden drive in there? How is that photo permanently stuck in there! My leg looks 12" wide! it is NOT i swear! I am a size 5 or so! (used to be size 18 ... so you can see why this must never get out) If I threw this phone in a bin behind a gas station, someone would have that photo up on Facebook in about 3 hours.. "hey guys what is this a photo of? big patch of land? i can't tell?"

Just ask Jodi for a good hiding spot, she knows all the best ones out there.

I'm having a hard time turning this case off at night when it is time to sleep. I'll be glad when it is over. March 25 reportedly the start of closing arguments, meaning that jurors probably will not get to deliberate until after the Easter Holidays. I'm looking forward to the rest of the jurors' questions and the new ones that were submitted yesterday.

Everything she has said since that moment has guaranteed her death as far as I can tell .. suicide by State.

I keep struggling with this, although it might be leftover psychological debris following the debacle of both OJ and CA.

I would like for one of the questions today to ask if she has considered seeking help from an exorcist.

Initially I thought JA might be a good candidate for exorcism.

But then I realized that JA is Satan incarnate. She is the “monster” the “murderous beast” the” Beelzebub” who inhabits man’s soul.

She doesn’t need a Catholic exorcist or a Mormon Bishop.

She needs to be put in the Geneva, Switzerland HADRON atom smasher and all of the carbon based matter that constitutes her body converted to sub atomic particles that then will escape into outer space. She should not be put to death RATHER she should be completely annihilated leaving NO HINT of her former existence on this earth.

Now every time I see the Travis telling about having a gun to his head and the person threatening him, I think of Jodi and a gun to his head threatening him. I hope that tape get to come in. It would have a great impact this jury.

Jodi really doesn't have much of an imagination. She borrows everything from songs, movies and other people stories.

Yikes! Five days will seem like a year considering we're getting closer to the end.

I am pretty sure Juan is going to disprove on rebuttle 1) that Travis had a gun giving the jury the latitude to ignore the bathroom to closet chase story and 2) that Travis was a pedophile with the rest of the story behind the magazine secret code. I know some others disagree, but if I were a juror, I would need at least a preponderence of evidence on thispedophilia issue. The "masturbatory" story is highly suspect,as is the spiderman story, it was her idea to dress as the schoolgirl with hot braids, leaving 1 isolated comment - the 12 year old girl. Is that 1 comment enough to conclude pedophile - that would be a huge leap IMO.

I also don't wear plain black socks, even when I wear all black - it seems more like a guy thing (although my mother will wear black socks, or any color).

I believe Jodi admitted she had a pair of Travis' socks on - but I don't know if she said why.

Jodi's defense in this case is that she was abused by Travis. It is not about his sexual needs or proclivities in those sexual needs. As horrific pedophilia is, it is not the reason for her defense in this trial yet she chooses to do everything in her power to make the victim one. Why? Because she has nothing. People on here and from the other places I have visited and read are tired of the current trend in which defense attorneys and their clients trashing the victim because they have nothing else and they can get away with it. According to the Mormon church he isn't a saint, to a great many he is just a normal male. She was wronged according to her, so what, pretty much everyone feels that they are victims of that. There has been no reason thus far to prove he deserved the death he got. There is plenty to prove she deserves the death she might get.

I recently read a blog written in June of 2008 from a friend of his which states:
Oh man, remember that time you commented on the guy's picture in Jack-in-the-Box because he looked like a child molestor? And then we found out the guy had passed away and the plaque was in memory of him. Foot in mouth moment Travis. You had tons of those.

Even though it pedophilia is not her defense and doesn't matter one iota in this case I wanted to point out this written word to show why I don't think he was one. He doesn't seem to be what she claims so people have the need to push back so hard to defend him themselves, since he is not here to defend himself, in which may come off as making him a saint. It is the nature of the beast. Because of her actions, lies and portrayal of herself as a saint yes, it makes me bay for blood as you put it.

Well put, friend. I think jodi's transparent attempt to blame the victim by accusing him of pedophilia is one of the most evil things I have witnessed in trials and it is this, of all she has done, which I think will tip the balance and get her the death penalty.

There is zero proof that Travis was a pedophile. Zero. jodi defecated on Travis' memory with that garbage but it is also a huge slap in the face to actual victims of pedophiles. Her evil has no bounds.
