You know why she couldn't have cared less about his story?

It involved another woman.

That was quite apparent to me as well. She 'woke up' right when he mentioned what that woman was doing and appeared impatient? uncaring? annoyed? She was acting like a 14 or 15 yr old.

I've had a problem with the socks since the beginning. This is a legitimate question. How many women here wear plain black high socks? Or, black socks at all. I have a couple pairs but they have zebra striped and pink cow spots on them. :blushing:

I have lots of em because I ride a motorcycle regularly & wear boots when I do so, however... I DO NOT EVER wear black socks (or long pants) in the middle of a 105 degree summer UNLESS I am on my bike. Her outfit that day is just more evidence of premeditation in my mind.

*plain black socks b/c the dye in my leather boots stains lighter colored socks

Actually, they did ask. One question was whether she had a girlfriend she could have stayed with instead of Matt. They've got her number.

Funny how some are sweating the amount of questions by the jury. I take it as a sign of them paying attention, forcing her to answer. She gave so many non-committal, word salad answers that didn't tell them anything of value.

If they had asked a bucket of questions about DV or the pedophilia nonsense, I'd be worried. They didn't. They're on to her.

I find that the number of questions are as expected. If I were a juror sitting there day after day after day hearing Jodi spew out lie after lie after lie, I would be angry as Hello. I would have been scribbling question after question if for no other reason than to point out her lies and to let her know that I knew they were lies.

Morning everyone!!

Thank you so much for all the kind words in last night's thread. I cannot quite convey how touched I am at all the very thoughtful words. It actually felt very cathartic to get it all out. I rarely, if ever, speak of my beginnings. I don't want people to see me and think oh poor JSR. I want people in my life to see me as an equal even if I wasn't given a equal start in life.

I've worked hard at putting my past, well in my past and to always move forward in the best and most positive way possible. And I know that Travis did too. I'm now, more than ever, ready for Jodi to be a thing of the past as well. I want to see her put away for good, hopefully on death row.

I do. Not every day, but I can't remember when I last bought socks for myself. I wear my son's and my husband's. Comfy :blushing:

it's only speculation, of course, but if i were wearing those pants, i would've been wearing sneakers with white socks. those are the only socks i ever wear.

Maybe they were Travis's socks..More premeditation? And wouldn't the socks and long pants make it harder for someone to leave any marks,scratches etc?
