when is the grand jury? and will they release a lot of information like Trayvon's autopsy and photos and statements by Zimmerman? does the public get to see everything?
April 10 IIRC and no. grand jury info is sealed from public.

Looking at the Google map, there doesn't really look like any cut throughs, since it is a gated complex, he would have had to leave via the front and-next door is another housing complex (gated also?), then looks like a waterway of some sort. When I take a look, I don't see any probable backways etc. Or maybe the map isn't showing the 711 he went to, seems like a really long walk, maybe there is one closer, maybe the opposite direction.
I believe this is just as relevant:

I would say that a gaffe in confusing "attacked" and "approached" would more more apparently a gaffe than clearly saying someone was suspended for reasons other than what was truthful. JMO
If he had any kind of competent lawyer, there would be documentation of the injuries if even by a third party doctor. JMOThere won't be a waiver produced, there won't be photographs of these awful injuries, and all that is left is the statement by a Police Officer who is going to say he actually had these injuries....and I don't trust Sanford PD, any of them as far as I could manage to throw all of them at once IMO JMHO and stuff.
Was it a direct quote from Lee, or was it a paraphrase by reporters?I would say that conflating attack and approach in a homicide investigation is no gaffe, or at least an inexcusable one. Also that "gaffe" has a lot more material bearing on the case at hand than the victim's non-violent high school disciplinary action.jmo.
Shock isn't necessarily easy to diagnose or see; this is why it's so dangerous. You can be in shock and not even realize it. With everything that was going on, it may have been easily overlooked.
I agree. Most likely, his parents picked a picture that was easy to find. Perhaps it was a framed picture, a favorite, or one of the first ones in an album. I just looked around at the framed pictures in my house. Most of them are favorites and are a few years old.
Then I would fully expect an arrest to be made soon, since the new prosecutor has made it clear that she's not bound by the previous Grand Jury. JMOMaybe, but the way I see---much more evidence has come out since 26 February.
Zimmerman's story---that shouldn't change. He's locked into a (unconvincing) story, and more evidence to refute his story may be available.
i don't understand how GZ would be able to get out from under Trayvon after firing his gun into Trayvon's chest and having to bear the 'dead' weight that was once Trayvon? And...not have any of Trayvon's blood on him.
I'm well aware of what shock is and how to treat it. Are you claiming that shock is always easy to identify, and that it's not considered a dangerous condition because of how easy it is to miss?Circulatory shock is in fact a medical emergency and if he was in circulatory shock then he would have been immediately transported. Medical circulatory shock presents with symptoms such as low blood pressure, dizziness, loss of consciousness, fainting, and weakness. Circulatory shock tends to be a spiral down in that it makes itself worse and is a killer and nobody who suspected that a person was in shock would allow them to go anywhere except the hosptial.
Medical Shock is not the same as the emotional state of shock, which he could very well have been in but it would not be a medical emergency.

One version coming out earlier and one coming out later does not make one more credible over the other. The fact that this young man's family is trying to get the "I am Treyvan"phrase registered (if true) would explain why they don't want any of the less palatable aspects of their son's life coming to light -- I know it would make me angry to see all that potential money going down the drain. Everyone wants to embrace them when they feel their son is a sweet, innocent young guy; less so when he's been shown to get into fights and is suspended from school for drugs. But some of those facts, if true, need to be made known, because they paint a picture of a young man, prone to confrontations, and possibly, violence, himself. Behavior that could support a self-defense plea.
Do you have a link showing GZ had no blood on him?

So your saying we don't know if GZ had any of Trayvon's blood on him or not? Most notably we have no information showing that he DID have blood on him, it was NOT noted in the police report and we don't know if they kept his clothes, but no where did anyone document blood on his clothing, his hands, or anywhere else, and I doubt that there was a close struggle and shot and no blood at all, there was however a notation of blood on his nose and the back of his head that was treated in the backof the squad car but not transported to a health facility.
That would be at a certain stage of hypovolemic shock. No one has implied he was that far gone.Another symptom in light skinned individuals is a godawful pale color, like a wax candle with no color. In dark skinned individuals you know you are in trouble when the lips turn gray or pale and believe me they do!
