Mary C has made several claims that so far i haven't seen evidence to support. Such as the two people fought somewhere else then ended up in her yard. It doesn't seem to be supported by any of the 911 calls that we heard so far. No one described anyone running to Mary C's yard (or anywhere else, for that matter) after the fight. Also I can hear loud screams on several 911 calls and to me they don't sound like a child crying.

No he dropped his cell phone when he punched GM in his nose and knock him down. IMO.He didn't need his cell phone because according to witnesses he had a cement sidewalk to bash his head on.


ETA Girlfriend said after both men spoke phone went dead disconnected from earbud when he dropped it in order to jump GZ IMO.

I tend to agree. I support self-defense laws if a person is in their house or car. But when these type of laws are applied to people fighting on the street I think it's too much.

To play devil's advocate, how do you know that someone won't ask them to approach the car and then kill them? Or invite them inside and say they were a home invader? Any of these laws have the potential to be abused. With a sufficient enough investigation, it should be fairly easy to weed out the abusers from the legitimate claimants - just as in this case. The problem, if one exists, would be with the investigation, not the law.

Tray was a football player in middle school I believe. Kind of skinny for a football player anyway. But he surely packed a heck of a punch without any apparent training.

At 6'3" and 140 pounds it is hard to imagine him being really strong. That sounds kind of stringbeany.

Most of what is being done is wrong.Police were not done everyone needs to let all the facts come out.You can not incite violence like this it is insane.The family wanted it taken away from local police and it has been.Then they said they want GZ charged and arrested,Now it is charged arrested and convicted.IMO It is a witch hunt at this point.What will happen if DOJ finds GZ was in the right,he was attacked and he had a right to defend himself?What then riots? That is not Justice at all it is revenge IMO.

Did you see the Anderson Cooper interview last night with the New Blank Panther leader spewing his venom? How about the dude standing next to him? Those are some mean and scarey people. Pure evil and hate in their eyes. Just think about all the youth that will be looking up to them as their "voice". These are some scarey times, indeed. Protect yourself and your loved ones, however you see fit.

So to all who think SYG applies to GZ.. Let me ask this why doesnt SYG apply to TM?????? No one has attempted to answer and it has been asked a few times on this thread...TM could have cliamed a SYG defense but he was murdered....

If GZ went up and knocked Trayvon to the ground and started pummeling him and Trayvon feared for his life - Trayvon could have shot Zimmerman and the SYG law in Florida would have been on his side.

What's more, if anyone tried to make a federal case out of it and have Trayvon arrested, Al Sharpton would be on Trayvon's side in this scenario as well.

They sound more like a Man in sever pain then a teen IMO.Is Mary the older woman who was on phone for 14 minutes very upset wanted someone from Le to call her as she said she had no one to call?

In fact, she claims she only heard "childlike whimpers" and then a gunshot, which is contrary to every other report out there. You can even hear the screams on 911 calls made multiple houses down. How she took that as "childlike whimpers" right outside her window, I'll never know.

The screams I heard on the 911 tapes I listened to sounded like a lamb being slaughtered. I did hear the word help but the screams sounded like someone who's airway was compromised.

The reason I thought this was because when I first heard those screams they reminded me of the screams of Daniel Pearl when the terrorist were cutting off his head. Yes, I mistakenly listened to that tape one time.

One guy against how many other witnesses? There was a woman in the 911 call who said that Trayvon was yelling help.

How would she know if it was TM or GZ if she only heard it without seeing it?

Also TM if when as 911 callers stated he and GZ were wrestling on the ground if he would have gotten it away and shot GZ he would have not been arrested and we would never had seen Sharpton at all...Also if TM would have hit his head more times he could have killed him with a head injury.JMO...IMO

The problem is, nothing shows that either one was the aggressor at the moment, except witness testimony that places Martin on top of Zimmerman, beating him, as Zimmerman was screaming for help. That still doesn't indicate who made the first aggressive move, though.

And no, following someone from a distance is not aggressive conduct and there's no evidence to substantiate Zimmerman did anything but this, before we go down this path.

Just evidence that he was asked not to by LE and to stay with his truck and meet LE and he agreed, but left his truck and followed anyway. jmo
