Recordings are evidence. In a polygraph they are asking you questions about the crime....you have the right to remain silent. They can't make you take a polygraph. So if you take one and you fail I don't think they can use it in court against you. jmo

Polygraphs are inadmissible evidence.

Recordings, however, are depending on the circumstances under which they are obtained.

GZ was wearing a gray shirt under his jacket.

Didn't John witess say there was a RED shirt on the guy on bottom and the other guy on top was the one who got shot.

Iced tea also comes in bottles. You can reseal them.

Thanks, I'm curious if the bottle, can, cup was found anywhere besides in his jacket. It would help answer some questions I'm having about the incident from beginning to end but at the moment it sounds like they were in his pocket.

They lied a lot to him at first and then tried to make it sound like he could not understand plain english.

Funny, I'm in a predominantly white town. The local cable company won't carry BET or TVOne. :(

Would you repost the transcripts or links to them again please? Particularly regarding the two different positions?

"Zimmerman was standing over the body with -- basically straddling the body with his hands on Trayvon's back," Cutcher said. "And it didn't seem to me that he was trying to help him in any way. I didn't hear any struggle prior to the gunshot.

"And I feel like it was Trayvon Martin that was crying out, because the minute that the gunshot went off, the whining stopped."

COOPER: So you saw Mr. Zimmerman on top of Trayvon Martin?

LAMILLA: Exactly.

COOPER: When you say on top of, how so?

LAMILLA: He was...

CUTCHER: Straddling him.

LAMILLA: Exactly.

COOPER: His legs were straddling him?

CUTCHER: One on each side, on his knees, with his hands on his back.

It was an Arizona ice tea brand container. Haven't seen it reported exactly which flavor it was.

Then why did they say this:

Ben Crump, an attorney for Martin's parents, told the panel that the family was convinced Martin was targeted for special attention because of his race, arguing that tougher laws against profiling might have averted the shooting.

http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2...mily-alleges-racial-profiling-before-congress

I don't think they want an investigation at all, I think they want GZ to be arrested immediately without an investigation.

I suspect that they are looking at the known facts of the case (or their interpretation of them), comparing these facts to the law, and applying what they feel is a reasonable standard of decency and justice. From this they likely feel that an arrest is justified. Nor are they alone; tens or even hundreds of millions of American's share their belief. In any case, wanting an immediate arrest is wanting justice -- justice and fairness they have so far been denied.

Keep in mind: the only person or people even potentially guilty of any kind of civil rights violation here would be Zimmerman, the police, or both. This family are the victims and they want justice.

The initial police reports describe Trayvon as wearing a grey sweater (Ayalla) or grey hooded sweatshirt (Smith) so he did not take the hoodie off.

I think the white t-shirt is a red herring and just a demonstration at how poor witness memories are.

And I can't help but think of that famous experiment on which they show people a picture of a black man and a white man arguing on a subway, then ask them to remember who in the scene had a weapon, and they were more likely to say the black man, when in fact the white man had the weapon in the picture.

That experiment speaks directly to the issues in this case, and we may see witness error based on racial bias, in addition to the plain reality that eye-witness accounts are notoriously unreliable anyway. For example, one witness said he saw the black man standing and the other man on the ground after the shot was fired, which seems highly unlikely.

He said he was told TM approached GZ's vehicle made a comment so Gz rolled up the window..Then GZ got out of the vehicle( no clue why) and TM then confronted GZand the altercation happened at GZ's vehicle....And Sabryna Fulton just said it is not a black and white thing. It ia a right and wrong thing......Thia account makes no sence to me....IMHO JHMO and all that..Sorry took so long to post have not learned how to post faster or post links..HTH
