"John locked his patio door and ran upstairs." This tells me he was either looking out his patio door, or he was on his patio during the time the altercation was going on. In order for John to tell them to "stop", he'd have to have been partially, at least, outside. IMO
Fox 35 News
Why is that? I can talk to people through an open window (through a screen). He didn't have to be outside at all.
I'm also not sure if I believe he told anyone to stop. I'm not sure I believe much of anything he says the next day--to reporters. (AFTER speaking with LE)
