In all fairness, after Marlena said Misty picked her up, Art H did say--there were 2 different stories and that TN and RC both said RC picked her up. Either way, she was seen at the home after school. That's when NG said--ok that's it. RC didn't take her body and dump it off because HC was seen after he went to work--totally ignoring the fact that it conflicted with the Misty picked her up story.

if misty really isn't scared then she has to be dumb...and if she is that dumb, how did she hold off during all of the interrogations for a year? this is what does not make sense to me...I am 50 and know i could not hold up under that if i knew anything at all, i would end up spilling it, even if it implicated me...i am sure she was screamed at, told she was a killer, etc...and yet nothing...

hi cluciano63. i have wondered the exact same thing and i believe it is because she doesn't remember due to the drugs. i dont' even know how she could answer questions from the media and not break down unless she truly doesn't know. and here's one good reason i feel this way:

my ex husband was drunk one night - long after we divorced and he was a hot headed, redneck, abusive ronald cummings type - and he killed his roommate. he swore he knew nothing even though he was the one that called the cops and he had obviously been in some type of altercation. yet he had no info to give the cops except he came home and the guy had been shot. he was arrested on circumstantial evidence and while in jail they had him undergo hypnosis. during the hypnosis the entire story came out and all the physical evidence as well as witnesses that saw them arguing earlier at a bar all fell into place. this happened in virginia and when the trial came he still said he could not remember anything. so they played the tape of the hypnosis and he was found not guilty by reason of self-defense. to this day - 22 years later - he says he doesn't remember killing the guy. the theory is that he blocked it out because it was such a traumatic event. maybe this is along the lines of what is happening with misty. idk, just a thought.

If this has been posted sorry, but I just had to have a rant....just finished watching the "What a wonderful Father Ron is and how he is Sacrificing his freedom for his missing Child Show".....oh, I meant the Nancy Grace Show.

I am getting so sick and tired of how Misty is this tough, mastermind of everything and anything that happens. Honestly, I feel that she is scared. Ron is just plain scary and who knows what he has planned. I also agree with Marc Klass, in that I don't think that Misty remembers much of 10 Feb 2009. If she was coming off of a high and had been up 3 days straight she really might not KNOW what happened to HaLeigh. I have known people who have done incredibly stupid and dangerous things while under the influence and not remember what happened once they sober up.

The sad fact is that most shows that focus on this case are more concerned about making Ron "Father of the Year" and making Misty this hard core, mastermind, who is controlling everyone around her, and not what is really the issue, WHICH IS HALEIGH!!!

Although I have had sympathy for TN, I have always been bugged by the many times Ron said "I was at work" and the tone of his voice. I am beginning to believe he may have knowledge but not fully convinced. There is a thing called denial, and he may be in denial about the fact that Misty could be involved in what happened to Haley. He may be so sure that if she was he would of gotten it out of her. jmo.

I don't believe anything NG is saying...To be perfectly honest, I don't even think NG believes what she is saying... Either there is a method behind her blind madness or she needs to call it quits... She isn't doing anything to HELP this case...
And the last thing Misty needs to do is shut up.. She needs to tell everyone what happened.. She knows and I suspect LE knows she is covering for Ron C...JMO

This is what I think happened about going to a party and possibly brining people back with her.I meant Misty needs to shut up with the bad azz attitude.I'm sick of hearing it.

NG is seriously deluded about Ron and rather than fair and balanced investigative reporting is portraying him in the best light possible. Why?

Yes, I hear you cyberborg, Nancy certainly has slanted the story. But, she is not an investigative reporter. Her's is not a news show. She's an attorney. She's paid to give her opinion about these cases, not to report the news.
However, I think Nancy has gone way too far in support of Ronald. She has turned this case on its ear. jmo

as mad as she makes me sometimes, especially with this case and baby gabriel, i have to agree that she is working with LE and knows what she's doing. except for when she dedicates an hour to tiger woods' infidelities. oh stupid me. his infidelities are so much more important than a missing child, wife, husband, sister, mother, etc. while tiger may not win any awards for role model of the year, i dont see the criminal issue here. who cares. if you want to talk about tiger, go over to entertainment tonight or access hollywood or some other celebrity gossip show. get back to the real victims and the perps responsible.
