Is the jail tape shown tonight of TN and Ron the first tape that has been talked about by TN in her statements that Ron only talked about Haleigh when she talked with him in jail?

TN and Ron (actually all the Cummings) are media savvy and know how the jail works. They are saying/acting for the cameras knowing NG will air them. Simple as that. Also they warned Ron about having an UC LE in his cell with him. Whether that was true or not IDK but they are thinking of all the angles and working them. Misty and crew are not so savvy. Hank asked Misty (on tape!) how many drug deals she was involved in (and she answered!!). The Cummings will use this difference to their advantage for sure!

:waitasec: Have there been ANY videos or interviews where TN and GGMS are actually together? I was trying to remember one but I can't.

There is a still photo that comes to mind-- Ron has his arms around Misty and TN who are leaning into either side of his chest, behind them sits GGS with a horrific scowl. Wish I knew where to find it, but I've seen it recently.

There is active scorn on her face, imo.

Has anyone else noticed that with Misty and Tommy's jailhouse tapes we see Misty and Tommy, but with all of Ron's tapes and with Donna's tape they put up a picture of thier arraignment. Why do we not see them as they are speaking, it makes me wonder if they are really in jail..... okay maybe my conspiracy theories are running to far.

I just looked and I have some alerts about this thread, mostly about name calling of the players. Isn't there a TOS guideline about that? :waitasec: Oh yes, I see it here! :read:

If you are one who thinks you have a post that is violating TOS in this way, please go back and edit or delete. I'll be back later to check and see what the alerts are about.

That is exactly how I was thinking. The two of them never seem to be around each other. It would seem like with all the things going on in this family that these two would seek each other out for comfort at least.

KIMSTER I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO TO TALK ABOUT THIS!

It's finally been confirmed via Annette's own words that she raised Ron for nine years and only after he was returned to his mother did he become aggressive and change. I think she may secretly blame her daughter for a lot of Ron's problems.

FWIW, I did hear something on this show that I totally agree with. Nancy said something like: Following this case was actually watching a reality show.

Question: If you are a guest only can you hit the alert button?

(roflmbo cyber!!) Is it just me or while listening to call between RC and TN, does anyone else think there's a very er... strange dynamic... going on there (?) Not just how she talks about being so proud, just in general it's the wierdest thing... :waitasec:

I agree with Vicki---RC was telling his mom they had talked about it before. He thinks it was either MC or CS. One of the two of them. See if MC breaks and if in 6-8 months, CS decides to move to Texas or somewhere, then he'll know. He'll know she's got Haleigh hidden somewhere or else the worse outcome--that she's dead. I really don't think RC believes she is dead--he still thinks someone took her and is hiding her from him. Or at least that's how he wants us to take it.

I read back through the thread and suprised that no one is mentioning how TN said in a low voice "do you think she's gonna talk?". I don't think Ron really answered her either.

Yes, I remember hearing that too. I think Misty is starting to talk. TN has to know that if she does it’ll all start to fall apart. She better hire her own attorney, if she doesn’t have one.

Too close for comfort. Also some shades of CA <> KC prompting....

I did notice that. I think he answered "no" or "naw" or some such thing but I don't remember what he said after that. Would like to see the transcript before trying to pick it apart.

I also noticed when he started crying, he said "I just wish I knew where my daughter was". Didn't TN say something like, you do what you've got to do. It is what it is. Whatever.........that means.

Yes yes yes. It did not seem like a mom to son conversation. I got a creepy feeling from it.

I listened to it again and you are right, it was either Misty or Crystal. Funny not a finger pointed at Tommy.

Definately a set up conversation between RC and TN. Both blubbering to beat the band. I'm not buying it for a NY minute. I want to see the full tape (and all of the newly released ones), not just the bits and pieces that NG presents.

I'd like to listen to that part again, but can't find a link at this time. But from how I remember hearing it on NG, and my recollection is not always great my thinking was that they would know when Haleigh was found either way which of the two it was. Misty breaks and they find the body that way...or...If Haleigh pops up somewhere (in whatever states he mentioned) then they would know CS had been hiding her.

At least the Croslins are more honest. They don't pretend to be something they aren't, they seem to admit it when they do wrong, and the parents don't pretend to believe Misty is telling the truth.

I also give them credit for staying married.

Bottom line, although it's not saying much, I trust them to be honest more than I do the Cummings.

I dunno, Lisa has changed her tune. At first she stuck by her daughter then she felt her daughter knew something she wasn't telling and encouraged her via television camera to come clean. Now she's back at "I don't know why they don't believe you.. why they are still bugging you!" IMO Lisa is pretty unstable and the game she plays of choosing "sides" with and against her own children created an environment where her kids grew up having no idea what the word "loyal" means. When there is no loyalty, no trust in a family.. there is nothing.

The video of Ron sliding to the ground and crying over his "missing daughter" at the start of all of this it was clear (to me) that this man knew his child was dead and not simply "missing". And Ron's mother...when they asked her what kind of girl Haleigh is, what she likes? The" grin" she kept glued to her face during her answer is the same type of grin we have seen so many times on George Anthony's face. The woman taught her son everything he (thinks he) knows imo. I suspect if given the chance to "hang out" under better circumstances she and Lisa would probably become fast friends!

I wish we had the transcript to look at. Doobiedoo, your take on this does make sense but I think he's trying to create a diversion here. The old "keep the focus on Haleigh card" now that it might be to his advantage to do so.....
