By the way did Cindy not realize that she was suppose to be telling the truth, why was she so worried at the end that she had to swear to tell the truth, what is wrong with this Family. What are they afraid of?

Right? She was freaking out about it! And then made sure to say: "Well, I didn't know I was swearing to anything"

LE: "this is a statement"....

I love it.

Can Cindy be ANYMORE difficult?

She deserves charges and if they do not charge her...I think they will hear a public outcry which will put the DA's office in a very bad light. No one should be allowed to act this way to LE investigating a possible homicide case or a definite missing persons case. Anyone else would already be behind bars! :furious:

:clap::clap::clap:

I second that!

Me too. It sets a horrible precedent for future cases. Especially since this family has been so visible and vocal in thumbing their noses at LE. They've been flaunting in excess. It's pretty horrible for all to witness... I cringe everytime I hear them speak to LE. I think the entire family needs to be charged because society has rules and they've broken each and every one.

Does anyone remember the case of that 5 month old baby girl in Florida that was "stolen" from her crib, and the parents were suspected but insisted on their innocence? Can't recall their names at the moment. IIRC, the cops put hidden listening devices in their house and overheard some very incriminating conversations about what happened to the baby.
Wonder if they've done the same thing in the A household??? Can we hope??

I agree, it's this attitude and sense of entitlement (get off your azzes and go look) that is so infuriating. The bad behavior just escalates. if Cindy were of a different color & nationality, I truly think she would be treated less gently....(am I being PC enough)? I only hope that LE is giving her enough rope to hang both Casey and herself.....soon.

Did I hear right that Cindy said Casey was in Jacksonville with Jeff and they were trying to work things out to be a family?

Yes, she said that, in spite of already knowing Casey had been staying at Tony L's that whole time.

You know KC just can't help but lie ... even knowing full well that she is going to be found out!! Jeff says he barely even knew who she was ... yet they were gonna be a family??? WTF?? I bet this is like a horrible dream to those who have been pulled into this drama right out of the thin air that is KC's imagination.

The one thing that has bothered me the most is that Cindy never breaks down and cries! NEVER.
Why is that? It's almost like she has lived with the knowledge of Caylee being gone for a lot longer then it appears.
I just can't imagine how these people have no normal reactions to their daughter, granddaughter and niece being gone.
None whatsoever.:waitasec:

One of the things that made me think there was something fishy about Cindy from early on was an interview I saw in which she was "crying" - making all right noises and screwing up her face but not a tear in sight.

I was watching one of those murder/forensics/detective shows on ID last night about a woman who had been charged and convicted of convincing one of her lovers to murder another lover. Her conviction was later thrown out on appeal. Twice during the show, while being interviewed in prison and after being released, it showed her doing the same thing. She sounded like she was crying, her face was all screwed up like she was crying, but her eyes were dry as a bone.

Didn't Scott Peterson do the same thing during one of his interviews?

I don't get why the interviewing detectives don't immediately call Cindy on it when she constantly refers to Casey's "job", "work bag", "Universal ID", etc etc....why do they let her go on and on and ON about these things as if they were true, when they've already proven they were lies??

You have to remember this tape was done on August 4th weeks before the first set of documents came out to the public on or about August 25th.

The whole purpose of this interview was to get info from Cindy regarding what Casey had told her mother. LE feels there could be some truth within the "story-lies" Casey told Cindy.

That's why when Cindy mentions Jesse's call and hearing Casey "allegedly" tell Caylee to get off the table, LE filters in about Casey's story to Cindy about being in Tampa at the hospital/accident.

IMO, Jesse probably heard Casey say "get off the table" on June 24th while at her parents house and I feel she was saying this to the cat who was on the table. The Anthony's have a cat who sits on the kitchen table re: Greta OTR interview with the Anthony's.

Yes, Cindy said that BUT she was ONLY relaying the story that Casey told Cindy. This interview was all about what Casey told Cindy during this timeframe.

Yes, I realize that the purpose of this interview was to relate the stories as told to CA by KC regardless of whether CA believed them at that time ... but I still find myself slack jawed at the lies KC spun ... knowing full well she would be caught in the web!

I know, and this Jeff was the one Casey claimed introduced her to Zani. And that he had a son (not true). In JG's words, she's "diabolical".

I can't believe ya'll think she didn't work there :crazy:lol don't forget

"She just lucked into a photography job at Universal Studios, not at Universal Studios, but for Kodak, and she has a plaque. She was the employee of the year," Cindy Anthony said.

Hmmm...... perhaps she meant she has a plague? She probably just mispoke..... or something.

My understanding is that they were desperately trying to cover the timeline. The real one. To try and determine where KC actually was. In fact, CA goes on and on about things that KC was lying to her about and Yuri gets quite frustrated about this and tries to go BACK to the actual timeline. He says something to the effect that this is wasting time, that they've covered all of her lies and that they know them to be lies...

I still think Cindy FULLY believed most of it when she was recounting it to LE, she never would acknowledge they were all lies. She's learned to just not question anything Casey told her and take it as fact, probably to avoid fights and having Caylee withheld from her.

That was just amazing. Cindy did absolutely nothing, nothing to help. All she did was point her finger at any one but Casey. She did not want to give up her phone, and was probably sorry she had it with her. She washed all of Casey's clothes between the 15th/16th, and bare in mind they knew that the car smelled of decomp. LE was under the impression at that time that they were looking for a kidnapped child. Cindy said that Casey was texting her in the months of June, July versus speaking to her, she knew that Casey was avoiding her. She gave them a hard time about the time time and why it took LE so long to talk to her and George about the time line. They had not seen Casey for 3 weeks Le wanted to talk to the people that had been in her company. Cindy is so willing to through everybody out of the boat, I feel sorry for Jesse, Amy Ricardo. Casey is the one that made the arrangements for the trip to PR according to HER schedule and she didn't go because she didn't have the money and she met Tony.

I would be annoyed at LE myself if it took LE 3 weeks to come to me (the parents) and get a timeline of what I know as a parent(s). Look at all the info Cindy had to offer via Casey's "stories" lies. The most important one was on July 3rd when Cindy went to Universal to get Caylee. I feel Casey must of told Cindy via a text or phone call that Caylee was with the nanny at Universal, so Cindy went there. And then at some point on July 3rd Cindy posted to her MySpace page.

LE was at Cindy's house when Cindy dumped all of Casey's clothes on the floor. LE did not confiscate them at that time, so Cindy washed them etc.

Cindy did help LE in this interview as Cindy gave LE the stories that Casey had told Cindy. Although the stories go nowhere, but Cindy gave LE what Casey told Cindy.

I am not sticking up for Cindy by no means, but I could understand Cindy's frustration regarding why LE didn't come to the parents for a timeline sooner considering Casey and Caylee lived at the house.

LOL ... but about the EOM plaque ... it made me immediately think of the fake degrees that Scott Peterson had on his wall! I'll bet that plaque was her creation too!
