Hey OLG! I do recall one club pic of TonE with a ciggy hanging out of the side of his mouth.... not sure if he was a smoker or not. If he were, I could see Casey picking up the habit....just like becoming a pot smoker for Ricardo, or a sports fan for Jesse..... (per Jesse's testimony)

How about the smell of smoke could have been from her being somewhere burning something say in the woods? We have fires in our fire pit at night and our clothes reek of smoke afterwoods....hmmmm...

I wonder the same thing. I live in the country in SC and we have fires all the time while hanging outside at night and the smoke smell the next day on the clothes is just awful!

Was he in one of the pictures from Fusian with a black tshirt on and its just him and Casey in the photo? (It was one of the pics they released a while back when she had the blue dress on and was dirty dancing with the girl on stage.)

I listened to George's interview and came away surprised. George was forthright with the detectives and even seemed eager to help with the investigation.

George seems to more based in reality, acknowledging that the smell of the car leads to only one conclusion. He said he was suspicious for two years that Casey didn't have a job and skeptical about other things too.

One thing that stood out to me was George saying that he worked the 3:00pm to 11:00pm shift on June 15th, Father's Day. He said that when he came home, Casey's car was in the driveway. We've heard that there was a huge argument that day, and if George was working, that argument had to have been between Cindy and Casey.

If George is being honest, and he seems to be, then it would appear that Casey and Caylee didn't leave until the early afternoon of June 16th.

George has suspected for 2 years that Casey doesn't really work.
He is talking about the fact that Casey uses 2 computers and sends emails to herself about work.
Geez, it gets to a point where it's less time & effort to just simply go to a real job.

That would be easy enough to figure out on the computers .. Just look at the properties/sources of the emails .. for the IP addresses .. as they will be different from each computer .. LA would probably know how to do it and what to look for ..

he mentions that he saw KC at the subway on Goldenrod/University (BTW: there is a 408 exit on University, so KC could have taken the 408 to get there from her parents house that is near Narcoosee) on July 7, that she was driving a dark color (undetermined color) SUV (possibly a Rodeo or a Pathfinder) which she claimed belonged to her out-of-town boyfriend (though TL returned on July 5).

Could KC have been driving CA's SUV on July 7th? And could this be the same incident that GA described where he chased her on the 408?

In the beginning, hearing George talking about what a quick learner Caylee is...He is so proud. So sad...

I felt sad for George after listening to this interview. I feel kinda bad for all this sh=t that has been being said about him.
Sounds like he is being honest and is embarresed of the way Cindy and Casey are acting. He is tired of the crap.


Sounds like he is hinting to FBI not to necassarly trust Cindy. Sounds like she sent George back to work so she could clean the car. She is leaving out important information.

I don't think Cindy returned the money either. Interesting George says cindy said she took it because it could be Amy's. Lee said (and he was present) Cindy said this is probably mine when she took the money. This bothers me. Really bothers me. The sense of entitlement makes me crazy.
These women are just UGH!

Cindy just got thru paying the tow bill on the car (460 bucks ??) I might have kept the money too.......LOL

This "car chase" has really got me bugged. Why would CA falt out deny it? If the tension in that house was on overload - can you imagine what it must be like tonight - now these docs have come out - now CA knows GA told them about it and she denied it totally? Why would CA loan KC her car anyway? And if she did, then she had seen KC before the 15th when she had to go looking for her. This will be easy to prove or disprove as GA offered up the E-Pass to check the tolls. WOW - that's all I can say.

It is possible that while Tony slept one night Casey snuck out and had a key made? or perhaps he had an extra set that she discovered while he was not at his apartment and she was and she just took those and "squirreled" them away and used them while Tony was gone...

Tone knew she had the truck keys, she picked him up from the airport, even stopped along the way & washed his jeep.

(she mighta put lots of miles on it while he was gone, & that pi$$ed him off)

I'm sorry I disagree. All he said was he didn't like the smell. LE let him leave it at that. George may very well know what he smelled, but if he is no longer cooperating, then his statement really means nothing and is of no use.

Again, what is with these interviewers (except Yuri) allowing everyone to be vague and gloss over events? It's very frustrating to me...

I really felt for him during this interview but I do have to say, he stated Cindy sent him off to work for her to handle things. He smelled that smell and should have immediately called the cops. I can't imagine going to work, knowing what he knew and not saying "work can wait", this needs to be addressed now, especially since they hadn't seen their granddaughter in so long. That part really bothered me.

I think Cindy told him to go back to work because if he stayed to help handle the situation --there would be another murder ie, George beating Casey to death.

I would have been able to agree with this YESTERDAY, but today I cannot. I think what was actually the case was that George KNEW what the smell was, and he did not want LE involved YET, until they, as a family who had dealt with Casey and her crimes privately up to this point, had a chance to attempt to sort it out...He did not want to "lose control" of the situation, I think, and he was at work and I honestly think he just wanted to BE ON THE SCENE when the police arrived into this, as I am sure he knew they would...

But George WAS on the scene. He is quoted in the affidavit from that night.

this explains why Cindy said she wanted to report Casey for stealing an auto

Also explains why Amy had to pick Cindy up to take her to Tone's apt

Also explains Lee's statement: mom and casey (july 15th) pull into drive way look like they had been arguing,etc,etc.
(no mention of Amy dropping them off)

am I missing something?????
