Sorry, I haven't read thru the thead yet, but I couldn't help but gasp after hearing Tracy speak of KC and the Ladder!:eek:

Could KC have possibly dropped Caylee into the pool and be so cold-hearted to unhook the ladder and let her drown?? :furious::furious::furious

Maybe that was her original plan to let Caylee drown and shove it in Cindy's face. Maybe by leaving Caylee to drown, KC felt less culpable in her death as she relives things in her "half-truth Reality".

She wouldn't have needed the duct tape if that were the case.
Good theory though.

A common theme in all of the interviews released today has been the A's complete dislike and distrust of cops. Didn't GA used to be one? I don't get that. "🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Cops", "Don't talk to me like a cop".. CA flat out saying she doesn't trust judges and law enforcement. Just seems off. :waitasec:
I bet these "views" of LE were recently developed after their princess was charged and taken to jail. Prior to all this they probably thought LE (Since George was a cop) were good people. Didn't Cindy say in one interview that she had respect for "regular cops" and still had friends of George's that were cops...implying that the ones involved in holding Casey accountable were the ones that couldn't be trusted.

Maybe she put the duct tape across her mouth because she didn't want Caylee to scream when she started to drown.

As horrible it is to picture, this has been the first time I have ever felt like there was evidence that included the pool. I know it has been speculated before, but it wasn't until hearing Tracy speak of the ladder being in the pool (I took it as being unhooked and sunken) and KC using the shovel to pull it out, that it really became viable to me.

That's a good point but I think KC would have worried about the neighbors hearing splashing in the pool and maybe being able to see something.

I think she killed Caylee quietly and privately.

Honestly, what neighbor would think twice about splashing in a pool? If it wasn't accompanied by screaming (which is what I think the duct tape accomplished) no one would notice. It would be quiet and unfortunately effective :(

You may be right.
The sad thing is the only one who can answer this will never talk.

"Plesea" is Italian.

She may have some Irish, but not enough to brag about.

If you could se my red Celtic hair and freckles, you'd understand why KC's Irish pretensions torque me.

NOT all Irish are red haired and freckled - that's a stereotype - in fact it's not at all typical in Ireland at present to have red hair, freckles and green eyes. Only about 4% to 10% of the Irish population match these characteristics. While 46% of the Irish carry the gene that produces a high level of the pigment, pheomelanin, it is a recessive gene. Nowadays, in Ireland, for women is more typical to have blue eyes and dark brown hair, pink/fair complexion and be under 5'6". In addition, there are the black Irish who are dark hair, pale sallow complexion, dark eyes for example, the actor Colin Farrell. Ireland is a common place of origin for people with the last name Anthony and the name George Anthony dates back hundreds of years in that family.

Oh God! I'm half-way thru part 1 and this Tracy chick is absolutely annoying to hear. Everything she says ends in a laugh or a giggle. Ugh! Can't take it, so I'll finsih reading you all's observations. Thanks!! :bang:

OMG, I just cannot fathom that idea. It literally makes me sick to my tummy.

I hope and pray I live long enough to see Casey Marie Anthony pay for this crime by way of the needle. I pray she follows in the footsteps of Alene Wournos and stops the appeals so justice can be carried out. And still that will not make Caylee come back or change the past but I surely can see why we have the death penalty here in Texas and Florida. The sooner the better IMO.

I was thinking the same thing. Someone on the jury might think that she is really insane. I mean who behaves this way when their daughter is missing. Even if you've killed your daughter, you don't behave this way b/c you are worried about getting caught. It's completely unbelievable. Howard Stern, The Hills, Sunglasses game, Myspace, matching home confinement bracelets.

I think it's because Casey is crazy as a fox. She knows what happened to Caylee and there's no way out of it. What to do? Act like a person who is in such shock, she is acting irrational and pretending the fact that her poor daughter is gone, didn't happen. I believe Casey is very smart.

aahhhhh, yes, I remember that. Bet you are dead on!

Yeah that was the one where a reporter was asking her questions and said 'Why are you...strutting like that?' and they started laughing. That was just great. Casey simply has no idea how she comes across in the real world. Too much tv-education and not enough real life experience. "The Hills" indeed.

Correct smart or savy and that is why she skipped the face make up at the last hearing and acted as if she had been chopping onions all day with the crocodile tears as per her new attorneys instructions. They dont call that lawyer Cryin Lyon for nuttin HAHAHA Casey is a quick study

Maybe she keeps a bag of onions handy to stimulate KC's tears.* Maybe she eats a big old onion sandwich right before court and breathes HEAVY on her to irritate her.* Nothing would shock me anymore.* Even when the clown car rolls in and 75 Irish/Italian/babby daddy wanna be's stumble out.* I will just say...."It was bound to happen sooner or later." OT....has anyone seen the ad where the lady dons the huge oversize accessories to make herself look thinner?* It's KC and the stolen white sunglasses all over again.* I pray those glasses are admitted at trial.

Remember the day Casey was going to the jail for her interview. She had on a huge amount of eye makeup even the press said something about it? She was wiggling her butt extra fast that day. Who was that transporting her?? He was an attractive looking man. Was that Rob Dick? Is that who she played "sunglasses" with?

If that is him , then that explains the eye makeup, he was a cutie. ( what a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, that Casey)

I'm with ya dizzy, I was wondering if this was the day Tracy was referring to. It seems like it was. Ugh, I'll never feel the same playing "sunglasses" with anyone again.

Whatever she is she does not fit the definition of legally insanity and that's the only thing that counts in a court room. She will be in good company with many others in prison that are not "right in the head". In fact some of her new buddies in prison may take her to school on exactly what crazy looks and acts like.

I just heard Tracys' comment about the ladder in the pool.
From the second I learned the A's had a pool the possibility that Caylee drowned has been the most likely explanation(whether an accident or not). If Cindy was responsible for leaving the ladder in the pool would this explain the family pact to stand by KC, and secretly, Cindy, because they believed Caylees' death was an accident?
Just wondering

With TM stating that KC mentions SEVERAL TIMES about a mis-trial, it makes me womder if JB told her and the Ant's up front that was the plan. It sure looks like HIS plan the way he is proceeding with this case. Help me out on this question legal eagles....IF there were a mis-trial would she not still have to face trial in the future?

I was disappointed that she did not come off more professional, but then again it sounds like Padilla brought his typist to do a job way out of her league, but then again I'm just a loser websleuther according to Tracy.......
