I didn't have any idea until I heard Tracy's tape that Lee had so much too say about how his family conducted themselves.

What are YOUR feelings about Lee?

He's a little differnet. He was hard for me to get a read on. I really didnt talk too much with him. I talked quite a bit with Cindy.

But, the two shrinks who evaluated her found her not legally insane.

You're not following, or, are typing responses before reading thoroughly. The idea that one juror could be sympathetic is very real in light of some of the descriptions Tracy used to paint a picture of Casey's pysche. Previous posts have nothing to do with county jail doctor reports on CA's mental status. This is about one juror who may not see the forest through the trees as you or I do.

I thought of Tracy's demeanor a little differently. Tracy has probably seen some pretty "out there" stuff while working with the Padillas and Rob (Tony can speak more to that)-In her mind, KC just seemed like a ridiculous parody of a grieving mother. She may have been laughing at the very sound of the silly things she was having to tell the LE that KC was doing.
Remember when IDonov said that killing did not shock him so much because he had seen a lot in Iraq (my paraphrasing)? I am sure Tracy has heard or seen a lot of freaky things in her career as well, and maybe this ranked up there as laughably stupid (Not the murder, the LaLa land the a'S were living in).

I dont know that I would give him that much credit. I think its just to find a way to get back into the game (TV, Nancy DisGrace and other stuff). The networks wont give him the time of day.

LOL, well anybody who deals with that family for very long has to have a healthy ego and thick skin or they'd be swallowed alive! Your different styles probably complement each other well. We so appreciate your generosity in answering our questions!

Thank you for your insight.

I wondered about that today when I listened to Tracy's tape. Was going to leave the question online in the hopes you would come back.

Thanks for stopping in!!!

Okay I have to run. I coach my son's baseball team and we are practicing in about 45 minutes. Thanks and I will get back when I can.

Thats part of the mess. I wouldnt sign the first document. I went and made/wrote out my own agreement. It was supposed to be completely separate from Leonard Rob and Tracy. As for me signing I only signed one.

Do you know why Tracy signed two different contracts?

(By the way..found the post I was referring to.... post#151 by Madj...

snipped:
Nature of agreement was for Tracy to be around Casey. They met Baez the day before Casey was bonded out and he did not have any agreement. Then, She states that she signed two contracts. One that said she could not have any recording devises, then she said that Baez told her that if Casey told her anything for Tracy to call Baez ASAP. That's the only thing she remembers and it was not notarized and she didn't get a copy of it.

Whatever the case may be...I am appreciative of the insight that TM and RD have given us. I am sure that the legal machine will at some point throw them and their credibility under the proverbial bus...but I am glad that they were both there and are able to provide to the best of their ability insight into a whackadoodle like KC. Hopefully, it will be one more nail in that guilty liar's coffin. JMO. I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for people who could care one cent about their child. What a waste of oxygen.

Do we know whether or not Tracy had done any previous work for Leonard in the past? I thought someone referred to her as being quite young (?) but also read that Leonard has been friends with her husband for 25 odd years?

Was this job in Orlando a one-shot deal, or had she been an employee of his for a lot longer?

Caylee came home with flea bites once.
Cindy and Casey claimed they had not had a "fight" in months.
Casey says to George when he is screaming at her: Don't treat me like a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 cop!
Jose blasted the stereo when HE was meeting with Casey.
George tells his friend Jim I am not going to live this lie!
After the blow up with Casey morning one out of jail, he would not go near her.
Mentions Eisenberg case on 20/20 that Jose brought over for Casey to watch.
Lee did not like Tracy.
He did not like Casey talking to Tracy. He was "kinda rude" and just basically ignored Tracy.
Lee claimed to have ordered the pizza and then later retracted and said he did not order it.

I keep meaning to say this (and some may remember as well) - some folks over at the Dreaming Demons site ordered the pizza to be delivered that day. It was a joke and something crazy (escapes me now) was written on the delivery box - or was supposed to be. It was in reference to Cindy trying to link the the smell of death to left over pizza in the car.

I remember what it said.
Don't know why Lee lied about who ordered the Pizza,
I would definitely not eat any pizza or food that came from strangers with a note like the one sent.

I recall that too! In fact, I recall the media picked up on the story and even interviewed the delivery guy (on NG?)
