I wonder if Cindy's denial about the pregnancy was because she was counting down the days until this lunatic graduated and got a life of her own, under another roof. Caylee changed that possibility.

bold by me

And maybe she drowned by accident (that was really tough to type cos I truly believe KC is a cold-blooded KILLER! but if she fell in while unattended is it possible the ladder fell into the water with her?

I am amazed how much of what LP told us turned out to be true!

You know, I truly believe C & G knew shortly after the 911 calls that Caylee was dead, but I don't believe they knew what happened. I think, for a while, they actually thought it was possible Caylee had accidentally drowned in the pool. They were already in cover-up mode depite not knowing the exact details. And that's why they were cautioning Casey not to talk about the pool ladder. Casey, of course, was not concerned since she knew the pool ladder had nothing to do with it.

BTW, I do think C & G now know more precisely many of the details of the actual "terminal event," but they're not going to admit it.

Tracy convinced Casey to talk to Leonard. Leonard went into the house and went on a tirade about how she better not lie to him and did she know who the 🤬🤬🤬* he was and he didnt travel 3000 miles to listen to her bs and she had better tell the truth because he could see through it and on and on all about himself. Casey got really mad and told him to get the 🤬🤬🤬* out of the house and not to talk to her like that. He got the Zenaida stuff from Cindy. How do I know this, because I was there!!!!!!! One more thing "I am not writing a book!"

I was disappointed that she did not come off more professional, but then again it sounds like Padilla brought his typist to do a job way out of her league, but then again I'm just a loser websleuther according to Tracy.......

I agree.

Does anyone know why she wanted immunity and why she had a lawyer with her during questioning?

Good googly moogly - I knew the girl was shallow, but dang! She's calculated enough to steal checks, money, be on the look out for the next boy-man, and score party invites - yet be not calculated enough to show that she was concerned about her missing child? Wow...

Who do you think is more behind the idea of the Anthonys not getting to visit with their daughter - Baez or KC herself?

Have you heard anything about any friction between JB and AL or any of the rest of the defense team?

TIA

LP got all his info from Tracy. HE WAS ONLY AROUND CASEY FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES TOTAL. He was throwing tidbits out so he could be on TV every night. His interview is very inaccurate. Casey NEVER said one word about Blanchard Park to Leonard. He wishes she did but she didnt. She told him to leave when LP got dingy about his approach to talk to her.

I am listening to Rob's interview right now and Rob's says: "he already heard about Blanchard Park from Leonard and Cindy." This is around 29 minutes of his interview.

Imagine if Tracy hadn't been in that house. Her being there while never hearing an admission of guilt was VALUABLE. Tony, do you know about Tracy sending her money and letters?? Thanks for being here.

Seems like LP blundered in with his ego and did the exact opposite of what was needed to get KC to talk -- not that she ever will. Only in her own way.

I have no idea. I will share this with you though. Leonard talks regularly with Baez. Almost daily. Supposedly one of the attorneys and an investigator flew to Sacramento over the weekend and met with Leonard.

I have two questions and I apologize for that. Thanks for taking the time to post here. One: What is your feeling on Casey's parents continually trying to smooth over things for their daughter? (They never fought, there were no red flags, KC was a wonderful mother, etc...)
Two: Do you think that the state attorney's office has any type of "smoking gun" against KC that will overshadow any reasonable doubt that Caylee died as a result of an accident? (Because Casey's behavior leads me to believe however sad and upsetting it is that Caylee's death was no accident). JMO, but I don't believe anyone helped Casey in harming Caylee or helped in disposing of the child's body.

then what was the point for Baez making yall sign those agreements not to tralk to his client? I was just wondering if a civil action could be filed I know its not a criminal case

I dont trust Jose at all. He lied to me a few times. He knew all along what we were doing. We were very honest with him but he was not with us. He tried to use us all along.

I have about 20 minutes if you have questions.

Hi Tony, thanks for showing up - don't really want to get off-topic on this thread, but do you know if Jose provided the state attorney with the original copy of your agreement, and what the determination was?

I will bump up the thread for that discussion, may be better to answer there -
MM

I really dont have enough info to answer those questions. Sorry!

I'd like to ask Tony something, if he doesn't mind - and thank you!

Is Tracy's laughing during the interview a case of the nerves, or is it just from the 'oh my God I can't believe I saw and heard what I did' place in all of us?

She does seem like she's a very detail oriented person.

NOT all Irish are red haired and freckled - that's a stereotype - in fact it's not at all typical in Ireland at present to have red hair, freckles and green eyes. Only about 4% to 10% of the Irish population match these characteristics. While 46% of the Irish carry the gene that produces a high level of the pigment, pheomelanin, it is a recessive gene. Nowadays, in Ireland, for women is more typical to have blue eyes and dark brown hair, pink/fair complexion and be under 5'6". In addition, there are the black Irish who are dark hair, pale sallow complexion, dark eyes for example, the actor Colin Farrell. Ireland is a common place of origin for people with the last name Anthony and the name George Anthony dates back hundreds of years in that family.

Yes, my sister is black Irish.

But, GA said he is of Italian extraction.
