As for TP. I thought he was a guest on WS, and should be treated as such. Perhaps we could analize what he is telling us, not him.
I appreciate that coco and I agree.

As i say, TP is a public figure and a member so it is a little bit of a gray area there. I think you have put it in a more clear light.

Discussion about TP is fine, but let's keep it polite and respectful whether you agree or disagree.

I completely agree, too. TP chose to share with WS. I think we owe him some modicum of respect for that alone. We don't have to agree and we can certainly question him but we don't have to be rude about it. We're better than that.

I have the feeling he probably won't anymore.
I have been thinking the same thing since his last post and also am very curious about the DIFFERENCE between the recent exchanges between him and Sleuthers and the first time he came aboard????????????

I totally understand Tricia's POV. She has worked very hard to build a reputation and when someone makes a derogatory comment, it feels very personal. We have all heard about the WS threads that were printed out by someone in the A household. We all know that the site has been "staked out" by people on BOTH sides of this case, and we all know that posters on this site are bright and talented. While I would take offense to Tracy's comments if this were my site, I also recognize that WS was likely a "topic of conversation" in the A home and that Tracy may have overheard comments made. While WS is reputable and the posters legitimate, I think we can all agree that there have been some people who have posted here with ulterior motives. There are a number of sites that have active threads regarding KCA. Most of those other sites don't moderate to the extent this one does. If Tracy didn't visit this site, how would she really know that WS is different. It seems that while she was very focused during her interview and made every effort to stay neutral she may have rubbed people the wrong way. In listening to her interview, I got the feeling that she wasnted to do her best to state facts, give opinion when asked, and not "pick sides". A good witness appeals to both sides, thus not appearing biased. She is the only person that KC "opened up" to and while we are all disgusted by KC's actions and attitude, she formed a bond with Tracy. It may do the case some good down the road to have someone that KC feels close to. It may make no difference. I respect WS and what Tricia has worked so hard to create. I won't allow Tracy's comments to bother me because I have to believe that she wasn't entirely familiar with our protocol. If she "kept in touch" with KC, I can only assume that down the road, it may make a difference. KC shut everyone out. She however chose to bond with Tracy. Perhaps one day she may actually "spill it" to someone she trusts. I always remember the saying, "Keep your friends close, and enemies closer." Food for thought.

MY BOLD
- At this point, I more interested in what happened three months ago to make TM stop communicating with KC (per TP). Any ideas??

Casey was totally at ease with her, and she showed her true feelings, or lack of them, and had her guard down, we got everything we needed and more with the comment about the chloriform alone, so I agree with Rob and Leonard, Tracey was the perfect person for this job. You don't need to have been a cop to listen and play along with our arrested development Casey. I think Tracy did an excellent job, she was only there eight days ( most of the day hours Casey was at Jose's office, and slept with Cindy at night, so it was a limited time ) and look what was divulged, cloriform knocks people out cold is something Casey offered up as having knowledge of, that is huge, Casey said she used the shovel to retrieve the pool ladder from the pool, the new story about Blanchard Park..... that is huge, "I'm alive" was Casey's response to the death bands on the hair found in the trunk having to belong to either the baby or Casey, a very flippant, "A lot of people had access to that car" was her response to the FBI results being reported on the tv news, she offered up comments like "They haven't even found the clothes Caylee was wearing", "I should sign some photos to get donations"and so many other things to show her demeanor. She never was concern or looked for her child, that is very, very compelling.! My favorite thing is that not only did she get a lot of incriminating statements from Casey but from mom and pop too, for example, George saying "I'm not gonna live this lie" and Cindy asking Tracey,"What do you think about Casey? Do you think she could have lost Caylee at the mall?" THEY KNEW THERE WAS NO ZANNY THE NANNY. Do you see now, that, this impeaches every single thing George and Cindy have lied and claimed to media and police all along, they knew Casey was responsible, this makes the entire foundation for missing children a lie.We here, all knew that they knew, but this clears it up for all of the people who don't follow the case as we do. Zeniada 's civil case lawyers are likely doing a happy dance. Also, I found her take on Baez trying to plant the seeds of Jesse may have done this in their minds very interesting, Tracey had his number, and Lee's too, she played along but she was not fooled by Casey or the Anthonys for one second! Thank God the judge is allowing their testimony, if I were a juror on the fence about the dueling experts, this would help me get on board. Even for the die hards, hearing all of this, removes all doubt. I am wondering tonight how Lee and the Anthony's feel after listening to all of it. I know that Casey is going to hate her folks even more, feeling that once again they threw her under the bus. She is going to look over all the things she said that told on herself and just focus in on what Cindy and George said. What's new? Bottom line, if not Tracey, who? I am not bothered by her laughter in her interview, I look at it as don't shoot the messenger, keep your eye on the prize ... we have a lot of Casey quotes that will help the jury understand the Casey that we all know. The end result is all that matters to me. Casey would not have opened up to a Nick Savage type, you don't dress someone in a nun's suit to go penetrate the Hell's Angels, right? Who cares if she sent Casey a note in jail? Amber Frye sent Scott Peterson a book, "A Purpose Driven Life" if I recall. People reach out, maybe for a closure they can be proud of, more for their own peace of mind than the recipients. I am just guessing, either way, that matters not.Let up off of Tracey and remember who the true criminal is in this case. As long as she tells the truth to all that she overheard during her stay, I think her testimony will help the jurors. That is my take on this at four am ( up early for a flight) LOL! I believe that Tracey will apologize, profusely once t is brought to hr attention that she caused Tricia any offense. I am hoping so.
Very well said...but I do pray that they have this all recorded from inside the house...cause if the defense plays that tape...they may very well ask Ms. M. what she thought was so funny. Couple that with LP's antics and by association her testimony may not sound credible. JMO

Okay....I miss out on all the interesting stuff and will probably take a tremendous amount of cr@p for what I am about to say but

....don't you find it at all odd that someone who is supposed to be guarding someone else's investment (hummmmm on that one) and spends a total amount of 8 days with that individual then manages to form such a bond that they continue to correspond even to the point of sending her money? Well, you might not, but I do.

I gather that Tracy is supposed to be a mature adult but she plays kids games with Casey and they become what? BFFs. Casey is likeable in a sociopathic sort of way.....Okay, I get it I guess. But you have to admit that it is kind of odd and creepy really.

Finally, you say that you just think that Tracy feels sorry for her. What? Come again? I could maybe....maybe....understand that thinking when you all thought that Caylee was missing and someone had kidnapped her (color me befuddled that any of you could have thought that from the beginning) but after the evidence starting piling up explain to me exactly what there is to feel sorry for her about? That dog won't hunt. Sorry, it just doesn't.

While I am speaking my mind, what is the deal with you suddenly coming here to run down LP? He is your uncle after all and we all know that he loves the spot light but when you first came here, you were defending his reason for getting mixed up in this and now you are running him down at every turn. I am not defending him at all because I was one of the few that did not agree with your involvement in this case to begin with but this has me scratching my head wondering what is really going on.

Of course, since I am one of those Websleuthers who don't have a life and spend all my time on the internet, what do I know but all of this has my hinky meter going crazy.

:clap::clap::clap:EXTREMELY Well Said!!!:clap::clap::clap:

Out of the bunch, I now see that LP was the only one who told KC like it was! No games! And when she lied, LP told her she was lying. As far as Tracy, I was completely disgusted listening to her interview. All that school girl giggling was so annoying! JMO

Didn't LP mention that it was Tracy who said that Casey told her "they haven't even found her clothes yet." Was there any mention about this at all?

Rob told the FBI that in his interview with them. It was RD who testified to that but Tracy was in the car. I don't recall Tracy bringing it up during her interview.

Fox 35's 6PM newscast just had a live report from Holly B, at the end of it she said that they checked jail records and Tracy has sent letters to Casey and also money for her jail account!!!???

Maybe the A's (KC especially) know how to cast spells on people.

Tracy thinks we're losers?

I send money to support real animals myself.

I agree as well. It's a good message for all members, regardless of who they are.

After tweaking my computer, I'm finally able to listen to TM's interview. IMO, TM's laughter is in reliving a crazy experience. More appropriate for a lunch date with a BFF and not an interview with the FBI. It appears she felt very comfortable talking talking to Nick S. about her experience. I don't find it overly offensive, but that's just me.

I think what KC meant by mistrial was that there was no case to answer, that she was falsey accused and framed by LE and, JB would set them straight and theyd throw this out. This was at the time the A's felt LE was framing KC and had no evidence, no evidence!

Maybe Tracy would be willing to take the cell next to KC's at the jail. She could get an update about how KC feels about mistrial/acquittal now. That would be cool. :)

They could paint their toenails together.

This is true, but I think if they play the tape in court they'll also put Tracy on the witness stand. Of course that laughter doesn't give her account any credence.

However, Rob would make an excellent witness and his tape is top-notch and quite damning to the family.

It did seem pretty casual under the circumstances. Wasn't it established early on that LP knew NS? Didn't he come on NG once to vouch for LP? Maybe TM knows him as well. I wasn't offended by the laughing...though considering the circumstances I didn't think it was appropriate...I just found it annoying with the retelling of the story.

Thanks...this made me giggle.

So was the house bugged at this time? So curious- what are we going to find out in a couple of weeks?

TY for trying to answer my question. I guess it just strikes me as odd that it appeared that only George was clearly interested or attempted to grill Casey when she was bonded out. Coupled with the fact that Lee told RD Casey was distraught over the chloroform tests in the trunk/possible decomp when Casey was not and when Cindy tried to make it seem as though there were no fights in the family (ie between Casey and Cindy when it was apparent there were). The whole don't come at us with any preconceived notions bullcrud...when clearly, all it appears they were interested in were not answers just making sure Casey wasn't being taken to task for her lies, etc... Which had this been my household I would have been chasing her around with a frying pan.

Who is the biggest sociopath? I can't answer that.

I question all of the A's behavior. GA could have made that almost public display for show purposes (see I do care as I'm about to make a big stink here). Just because that happened does not mean it was genuine. I realize why he left his house though because KC could not considering she was the one with the ankle bracelet.

CA should have been using her hammer to threaten KC versus outside against the crowd!

Who is the biggest sociopath? I can't answer that.

I listened to TK's tape. A lot of people are critical of her laughter. I think she felt like she had entered the Twight Zone. I didn't think that her thoughts were organized either. I wish they had just ask her the questions and not let her ramble. She did a lot of jumping around. I am sure she will be when she testifys. Speaking of testifying, is George's friend from Ohio on the witness list?

Thats part of the mess. I wouldnt sign the first document. I went and made/wrote out my own agreement. It was supposed to be completely separate from Leonard Rob and Tracy. As for me signing I only signed one.

Now I'm really confused. You "made/wrote" your own agreement and you don't have a copy of it?

I wondered if it was bugged, too. Some of the questions that they asked Tracy seemed like they were "leading." One specific question that stood out to me was after Tracy said all she wanted to comment about Dakota, they asked her if Casey had brought up D's medical condition. I'm thinking ~ Where did they pull that out of the air from without any clues . . . ?
