That just triggered my mind about something KC said to the DCS investigator........she said she was proud as a result of looking for Caylee they had found another child' or their remains............and Cindy agreed.

Is this true? Has another child or their remains been found? I had not heard that.

Or is that just another Anthony lie?
Who knows? There were so many reports of bones found during the searches, maybe another child was found - although I think we'd have heard of that. I don't recall Casey saying it was remains or even a dead child that was found. Maybe during the search for Caylee another living child was located.

I believe we have to judge ALL players in this case to find the truth. There is no way to determine any truths if you go on what the Anthonys, or the attorneys put out.

There have been way too many contradictory statements by all of them. Sometimes even contradicting their own statements from one interview to the next.

Jurors judge witnesses by their judgment if the witness is truthful. This is going to be a major issue in this case in court and a real hurdle for the defense to try to overcome.

I for one do not envy the job they have.

This case is so convoluted and you have to feel for the future jurors who as of right now have no clue what they're in for

Would somebody just puhleaze tell me how Cindy taking meds disqualifies George as a polygraph candidate?

Why would George or Cindy need to take a polygraph? They are not and never have been suspects.

At the end of NG, LP started to talk about what could happen if the searchers aren't able to find Caylee's remains, but he trailed off. What do people think about this? Personally, I think that if they can't find Caylee this weekend, it's going to be a major boon to the defense. It scares me. What if evidence is compromised? What if a failed search effort is construed as evidence that Casey didn't kill and dispose of Caylee? In my heart, I do believe finding Caylee is the most important thing, but I worry that there could be a trade-off from which Casey would benefit. I think the search this weekend has tremendously high stakes, beyond the obvious imperative of finding Caylee... What do you think?

I think that you are right and it does scare me. While finding Caylee is SO important in more ways than one, I really think they have plenty in which to convict Casey, it would be a matter of what charges. <sayin a prayer> I worry about the gators to be honest. If that is what happened, is there a possibility of finding anything?

We are all joining in prayers at 9:00 pm Friday night no matter where you are (as far as time zones) that they will have a successful search and bring Caylee home and hopefully all will be safe as they are searching.:)

Count me in...I'll be on the road..not to Or-Lawn-doe sad to say but I will join in a collective prayer for Caylee and for all the folks searching. I just wonder if the A's truely understand that these strangers have put their lives on hold, spent their hard earned money to get to Florida by car, boat, plane, their own safety at risk, bugs, snakes, gators, all for their grandchild...I would be overwrought with admiration and appreciation...I just don't get the A's at all.

I've seen it talked about all day but no one came up with a name.

Because Nancy Grace wants them to, of course. ;)

That's the answer I expected Nejame to give.

I agree. I don't think that rushing to judge Cindy is helpful to finding Caylee.

OK, I chewed through my own restraints...:)

"Judging Cindy" has been used over and over to stop discussion ....Cindy has gone VERY public over and over in her criticism if LE, the DA's office, etc...even the internet forums, Tim, you name it...

Cindy is out there disputing real evidence, and IMOO common sense in this case.

Lie, lies and more lies keep coming from her. SHe is a LARGE part of this case and I cannot accept that discussing any of the obvious is "judging her."

Hasn't lying, enabling and covering up helped KC to get where she is today?

I can feel real empathy...but not BLIND empathy...no one gets a pass from the truth when they lie to LE and the public in general over a little girls dead body.

JMOO...and if I could imply tone better in a an e-mail, please, there is no anger here...just a little frustration. :blowkiss:

Guys, please stop this.

I do not get the poem and I don't think it has anything to do with the case.

Please stick to the case and stop nipping at each other please.

hi Tricia-
The rhyme was intended as a "distraction" tactic, a subject change, a mood lightener, an exit, another avenue, a change in direction. No offense intended. I have seen many Cindy rhymes throughout the threads. And in all honesty it came to mind thinking of what Pink Panther said today in an entirely different thread that they thought Casey would never tell the truth until Cindy allowed it. Call it a delayed reaction on a slippery slope. No offense intended.

 Exactly!

Bravo to you for understanding who is and who is not the legal chain of command!

SOrry - but the "legal chain of command," which really refers to what is called possession, would be directed to the individual retaining possession of the item in question. The dress was in Cindy's house, ergo the question should have been directed to HER ATTORNEY, who stuck his head in the sand instead of handling it.

I looked through the threads too and couldn't find where anyone knew anything about it.

Unless it's a high profile case, it's rare that it's announced when a child is found alive.

Ya know Turbo, judging by the info released today we haven't been that far off in our "speculations" of what the truth is. I'm very proud of the sleuthing that's gone on here.

That was my opinion also. The dress in the house has nothing to do with LE or KC.

I do too. In which case, no, I don't think the searchers will be able to recover her body. There would be the possibility that some clothing could be recovered, but then I worry that the defense could make a pretty sound claim that any evidence recovered during the search shouldn't be admitted, after thousands of people have had access to the scene. It really disturbs me that the more heinous Casey's crime was (ie, alligators, just throwing her body out to be dispersed by animals, etc.) the more likely she is to get away with it.

Discussing Cindy's actions is one thing, making up stories about her is another. It's not helpful and it's not fair to the Anthony family, to Caylee, or to the people who follow this case.

I am very proud of WS also. For the most part we have been right on the "facts" of the case without having the actual information. It is amazing to me how many here had the time line without the pings and all the information available.

You are talking about the chain of custody, which involves physical evidence. What was being discussed is the fact that Baez, not Najame, is Casey's attorney. Questions about potential evidence in the case should be directed to him.
