Oh, okay. I used to think that the crime scene was just where the crime happened. Nowadays it seems like anyplace that has anything to do with the case is declared a crime scene, however remotely. I know that where a body or remains are found is technically one... but not where they just search for evidence. I think they declared it a crime scene WHILE they were executing the search... but it is not still a crime scene... or is it?
The entire world is a crime scene.
This case is really, really creepy...the more it unfolds the more nightmarish it becomes. And that's just looking at the crime itself. Add the portrait of the psychotic American family and the incredibly sloppy media coverage (the form through which we all receive this story), and it's truly something incredible and bizarre to witness.
Sleep tight everyone.
