2009.01.06 Nancy Grace - "Exclusive Interview with Psychic from BodyHunters"

Oh, okay. I used to think that the crime scene was just where the crime happened. Nowadays it seems like anyplace that has anything to do with the case is declared a crime scene, however remotely. I know that where a body or remains are found is technically one... but not where they just search for evidence. I think they declared it a crime scene WHILE they were executing the search... but it is not still a crime scene... or is it?

The entire world is a crime scene.
This case is really, really creepy...the more it unfolds the more nightmarish it becomes. And that's just looking at the crime itself. Add the portrait of the psychotic American family and the incredibly sloppy media coverage (the form through which we all receive this story), and it's truly something incredible and bizarre to witness.
Sleep tight everyone.

I really don't think he knows how to get ready for a trial of this magnitude.

My brother is a partner in a very large firm and before a large trial they have maybe 10 or more attorneys working on their specialty for that trial. The para legals are there to all hours of the night getting ready. How is he going to get ready? He is a one man firm it appears.

I think there is another lawyer with him-can't think of his name right now! But, he's the one who was with KC from afternoon till 2:45 AM! I wonder if he can round up that posse of experts again like he did in Dec. I wouldn't be surprised if they are all having second thoughts about getting involved in this-this trial is gonna get ugly! Who wants to remembered for defending a baby killer who let her daughter rot for 6 months in the woods?:furious:

I don't know that for sure, but I have never heard of them putting them in a casket to come from the ME's office. Besides how would you connect the bones back together with so many of them missing?
I know Turbo, but, I just can't wrap my mind around her tiny little bones just piled in the box. Makes me so sad, and, so damn mad at the same time.

WHAT????? Have they said Caylee died at the house?? I missed that!

Depends on how you interpret this info. This was in the paper in the middle of November.
Sounds to me they named the A's house a crime scene for the murder a while back.

I will quote myself and add - what a picture of our legal system at work.

I swear that is what I have been thinking. I honestly believe he is out of money to do anything. I really believe that is why LE is trying to stop any selling of pictures, because they had a tip he had been "shopping" them to get the money to continue with the autopsy.

I agree with you Turbo. Everything from funeral, to donating for a funeral, to announcing there is not donations be solicited for a funeral, sounds like they are running out of money. How JB has any money, it is amazing to think he can convince the team of experts to continue with this case now. Something is going to happen soon. Just MHO.

I cant honestly believe that this child remains havent been put to rest yet. Even KC's pet hamster received a decent burial. :furious:

oh how I hope you are right. Enough of this insanity.

IMO there are a couple of reasons for all the hold up. First, I do think the defense experts are waiting on Dr. G's photos and x-rays (prob for comparison purposes). Second, yes JB may be out of money to get them all back here - but I thought I heard that Reichs would be doing the "examination" (it is NOT an autopsy). Lastly, and I think this is playing a BIG (but very SILENT part) the A's are not going to be in any hurry because charges and arrests are imminent after the funeral. LE has alluded to this more than once.

LE has been very respectful of Caylee. If they charge and arrest now - whose left to lay her to rest?

AND IF ANYONE SELLS THESE PICTURES THE JUSTICE HERE ON PLANET EARTH WILL PALE IN COMPARISON WHEN THEY FINALLY HAVE TO STAND AT THOSE GATES ON THEIR JUDGMENT DAY!!!!!!!

Sorry. Climbing off my soapbox now.

How do we know that Caylee's remains are in a plain box? Only NG has said that, to my knowledge. The funeral home is not giving out any info.
I think once the examination is finished the As will find the perfect way to lay Caylee to rest. I have no doubt.

In some religions a plain box is acceptable and means no disrespect.

Shame isn't it but it's a step up from the garbage bag. I hope the entire lot of them burn in hell after they live a very un happy, haunted, tormented life.:furious:
That ..
AND I hope LE arrests the whole lot of them ..

:furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

Supposed to be a confidential entity. Paying them all.
I really think the only thing confidential was the "terms" the experts negotiated with JB. IMO JB never had money to bring all of them on board.

When did LE allude to arrests being imminent after the funeral? Who's arrest?

It was right after the discovery and before Xmas - please don't ask me for a link. But IIRC some reporter had asked one of the investigators about charges coming down and the reply was something to the effect that it would be soon. I heard that comment more than once - I think maybe even one of the TH's on NG had repeated that LE had said that.

LP on now and telling a new story about RK being at the site in Sept. (isn't that a new twist?) and being part of the "daisy chain". His supervisor is a neighbor of the A's.

***THUD***

You've got to be kidding ..

My Mother was cremated in 1991. I was not even offered an urn. When I picked up the remains, they were in a plastic bag, inside of a cardboard box. Maybe 10x10x6.. The HEAVIEST little box I ever encountered. She was not in any type of container, or if she was it was not line item listed. I too will be cremated. My ashes to join Hers and my Brother's, on our property, Dad's also if He goes before me.

My BIL's were done the same as your Mother's as we were scattering them at sea. My Mother was also cremated 4 yrs ago and we were given a nice metal urn like box as they were going in a niche at a cemetery....and yes you pay extra for it.

IIRC correctly we were given a choice of what type container she would be placed in for the cremation. It was either a special cardboard type container or a simple thin wood one.

Word of note, if you are burying at sea and are using a container make sure there holes in it. We didn't for my BIL's dog and the wooden container floated instead of sinking.

Thank you but I can't get the link to work for some reason. I just get a blank page. I recall that LE said they'd wait until after the funeral to interview the A's again, but don't recall anything said about charges being imminent.
