2009.01.06 Nancy Grace - "Exclusive Interview with Psychic from BodyHunters"

Remains that will be cremated are placed in cardboard boxes. Laws require that a body be in a burnable container when cremated.

Apparently you can place remains in a wooden or cardboard container inside a casket shell, then transfer them to the crematory. You can even rent a casket when remains will be cremated!

Who knows how well trained her dogs are? And Caylee's remains were underwater and inside possibly 2 layers of plastice bag:furious:

They are NOT trained at all. She wrote on her web site or another site I can't mention here that they were going to check into getting training for them. They had not even had basic obedience training when the case started and she was trying to raise money to go to Florida to search.

I found it appalling that she would raise money from that web site to go and stay there when she had NO trained dogs, NO experienced searchers (you saw what that woman in the video had on, she was NOT searching), and NO topo maps, and no help from LE. It was not only silly to me, but that money could have been much better spent hiring trained searchers with TRAINED dogs.

About the "second autopsy," didn't the defense forensic anthropologist, K. Reichs, state in interviews that she was the one really qualified to do an examination, as there were only bones remaining? So they must be waiting for her, right? Maybe she is on vacation, consulting on "Bones," or otherwise unavailable. It can't be a matter of payment, because she expressly said she wasn't working pro bono, but was being paid from a fund set up by someone, and was required not to reveal the source. I still wonder if there really is some anonymous rich donor at all, or whether the so-called fund has just been set up by the defense with money from the sale of interviews/photo rights, etc.

If she's psychic, why does she need dogs at all?

Lol, because even at GSJ's own admission, her dogs aren't certified cadaver dogs.
LOL They are just regular ole' dogs, I guess. I would think a trained cadaver dog with all those remains in the area would have been 'hitting' very well. The problem with GSJ is that even if she had adequately trained dogs...she wouldn't know a hit if she saw one.

It really depends on the state laws, and the crematorium policies. Some don't use a container at all and some have a casket if the family prefers.

I thought he tried to launder those funds but the Goldman's still ended up with them? Wherever the funds go initially they are not suppose to benefit the convicted person. My question is if she is convicted and the money went to Baez did she benefit from those funds?

What laws prevent parents from lending their children money for a legal defense. Parents do it all the time.

I KNOW the Anthony's got money for their 1st People article. People pays. Cindy was also on Inside Edition.

Officially EVERY member and defense team expert will not be paid by an Anthony. But, LKB, Lee, the bug and botanist experts etc...they are not free. And, unlike Baez, they don't need exposure.

Two things:
1.) I find it really intriguing as to why the Defense would be waiting on the 2nd autopsy - any opinions on this? What could their strategy be?
2.) I didn't catch his name, but I thought the guy on JVM tonight who was comparing ZG's case (calling it ridiculous!) to the Scott Peterson situation - well, I thought he was completely ridiculous and making a really, really bad analogy. No wonder Elvis shot up his T.V.!

Why bring untrained dogs to search-that's rediculous!! She searched many places-I wonder if she was just as certain at these other spots so she could pull the proper piece of videotape and say "See! We were there!"

I don't discount psychic abilities as we had one here on WS, who hit it on the nail even down to the meter reader. This woman is not psychic in my opinion and dupes people by not telling the truth about her dogs, her abilities or her money collection techniques she uses to do these searches. I am sure she was paid for NG and paid for that video and to me that is wrong to present it like she "knew" and were searching when they were not even dressed to search.

Another thing: I wish NG had followed up on Mike Brooks' question about how many other "feelings" did psychic GStJ have while she was there? I was wondering if she has several other locations videotaped with similar "reactions" to an area....

Question... Was it not reported that The ME had arranged the bones, as they would have been had they been intact? A cardboard box does not make sense then. Unless it is a cardboard box shaped like a casket...albeit a small one.

It was on the "unnamed" web site that they videoed every search site they did, so I personally believe that is exactly what they did in hopes of using them and selling them later. I find it appalling.

ONE MORE THING: I heard today that Dr. G is going to be on Rachael Ray (of all shows) tomorrow, but I don't think Caylee is the subject.

I think you hit the nail on the head.
