2009.01.21 Document Release

No evidence was taken from AL's jeep. If you look to the left of the narrative description of the evidence (dry leaf, air freshener sheet) you will see an Item #H-52025. This number refers to KC's car.(It's the property form # when they seized the car) The Art # refers to the individual piece of evidence taken from it. TL's car is not assigned an Art.# or an Item# because neither his vehicle nor any evidence was taken.

ok, that is not how i read this report..i give up!

Its on that link I posted above

http://www.wftv.com/news/18530366/detail.html

It was a small CHILDS Pink and white baseball cap with small pink crown and words VIP veryimportant princess

Its numbered 3197 at the bottom of that page of that link above

Could it BE This one
CayleeAnthony2.jpg

It did say FADED

Warning...May Be Delusional...

I do recall seeing something...a crown and "vip" and very important princess...on a cap...in a photo, on Caylee...might have been a bathing suit, or another article of clothing, but I think it was a cap, a ball-like cap...am I losing my mind??

I seriously think I remember this, no bull. Anyone else?

I am going to have a quick gander...maybe, to no avail...

I know. It did sound confusing and that's why they catalog every item. Anything that came from KC's car has an Item #52025 along with an Article #.

wow, no need to be so rude!!

this is what you wrote; "scroll up. page 3175 it list what was there #4 list fabric softner and decomp smell.

I just did....there was fabric softner in both vehicles. I do not understand why.
Article 12 is his

Article 13 is Casey's located right side of trunk liner of vehicle. A jeep Cherokee does not have a trunk.
"

i'm saying;
article 12 is air freshener sheet in AL jeep
article 13 is fabric in AL's trunk
article 2 is sheet of air freshener in casey's trunk!

Article 13 is Casey's not AL.

Articles 13 through 21 is Casey's car. The picture above it is her car. "trunk open" to describe where everything was found.

Article 2 is a piece of stained spare tire cover not even fabric softner.

And BTW - before you scold me for being rude you need to check yourself.

I surmise that the freshener sheet was in KC's trunk to try to tame the smell at first. I've also heard LE state that the smell of decomp gets into your clothes and 'clings'. As KC has driven TL's jeep while he was away, perhaps she placed a freshener sheet in his Jeep to offset any lingering decomp smell that passed from her clothes to the jeep?

Or, she's just a cleaning/neat freak like CA and likes things to smell fresh.

(I just made myself choke writing that last bit)

Kronk has never been quoted as saying the skull rolled or fell out of the bag. Most articles say that is what happened, but they don't use direct quotes.

The one time Kronk is directly quoted about the event, he said that he picked up the bag, looked down, and there was the skull. He did not say it came out of the bag. The bag could have been laying on top of the skull, or the skull was laying near the bag.

That makes sense. What I don't understand is how the bones got so scattered, but that the two bags seemed to be still relatively intact. That doesn't make sense. Maybe the bags were ripped open, but nobody has stated that about the evidence yet.

I quite suspect that one of the reasons OCSO included 'all photo albums & digital pictures' on the search warrant might have been related to locating pictures of Caylee in the hat, the pooh bear blanket, the vertically striped shorts, etc.

Even if you don't locate the picture now, LE might have already. :)

I agree. There are some very confuing and ambiguous passages in these documents.
Now that you mention it, it looks like the 2 paagrphs below the heading:
"Wednesday, July 23,2008"
are the only passages tat apply to AL car.
"Auto Theft Garage"
marks a shift back to KC's car in the narrative?

Nothing collected from AL jeep

That makes sense. What I don't understand is how the bones got so scattered, but that the two bags seemed to be still relatively intact. That doesn't make sense. Maybe the bags were ripped open, but nobody has stated that about the evidence yet.

The animals probably went in through the natural openings in the bags. The drawstrings on the garbage bag can be opened unless they're double knotted and the laundry bag is cloth and would just have a sown in drawstring. I doubt KC spent much time securing the bags so they couldn't be opened, especially once there was decomp.

Have you ever carried a garbage bag that has been tied and had the handle break? If the handle broke then that gave animals the scent. A fabric bag could be chewed open. As the remains decomposed, and were dragged off and the fabric weathered the hole would probably get bigger. Also we don't know how the laundry bag was closed- did it tie or fold over or what. Anyway with the water rising, animals dragging things out then one bag could have slipped out of the other.

I don't understand the importance of which bag was on the inside and which was the outside? I can think of scenarios that would explain why they were done with either bag on the outside. But either way, they were to cover the remains and aid in carrying to the dump site.

What Kronk saw. I don't know if the outside bag was the black, white or gray. But one thing to take into consideration is that what he saw in Aug. could be very different than what he found in Dec. Remember that area was flooded in between, may have been animal movement etc. But I would like to point out, IF you have a black plastic bag under a white fabric bag- from a distance it could look gray. Because a little of the black color would show through the fabric. (Ladies think of wearing a black bra with a white shirt- doesn't the bra area look darker on the white shirt?) If the fabric bag was wet and seen from a distance it could very well have looked like vinyl.

She was too busy accessorizing the duct tape.

I see that too....it is both cars:blowkiss:

and I guess in Florida in that crowd you stick fabric softner in your car LOL

PHEW arent I glad that i kept reading - I read your previous post and was about to go all ferrel on you HAHA Not really JOKING but was about to point it out again LOL and then decided nah i better keep reading

heh heh

Yeah in Florida it pays to be Fresh  Florida Fresh ? But Major Alert it doesnt remove Decomp Smell People ;)

ETA means; edited to add

they could have done laundry and lost the sheets in their car, i was just trying to clarify for the other poster that the one dryer sheet found in AL's cherokee was actually found in the back seat area..the one in casey's car was found in the trunk.

the poster was saying that a jeep cherokee doesn't have a trunk, but in essence it does, it's just not separated from the rest of the vehicle in a Jeep Cherokee like it is in a car like casey's.

in a jeep cheroke, or any suv there is a trunk area, behind the back seat where you might find the spare tire well and tools for changing a flat. it is in this 'trunk' that a piece of fabric was found, not the fabric softener sheet (dryer sheet)..that was found in the back seat.

my head hurts now, lol

Bold me

Yours does LOL Mine does we all need to take some Panadol (or a good stiff drink)

Sigh what a nightmare

Why cant they release the docs in Stages...you know One dealing with warrant then the next day the evidence then the car then the body

All at once is TOO MUCH !!!

And we hit dry spells :p

Could Casey have been trying to "play a game" with Caylee to have the child somehow cooperate? Like bandaids with cartoon characters on them? I just cringe typing this...

This is where my mind went too. Making a game of the duct tape by crowning it with a heart. Who knows what else that game consisted of if so?

You know reading about the animals I just want to sob my heart out
Poor Caylee being chewed on aghhhhhhhh ive got to walk away for 5mins

bbl xx
