Websleuthers are calling these sheets "fabric softeners", "fabric sheets", etc. But OCSO doesn't call them that. Why would they call them "air freshener sheet" - instead of "fabric softener sheet" or "dryer sheet"? Maybe it's because they weren't dryer sheets after all.

The Super Power Sheet Air Freshener is an under-the-seat air freshener that is designed to last long and keep your car smelling fresh while remaining out of site.
These sheets are available as a full or half sheet and in a variety of fragrances.
