Since the main thrust of the 'lie' was to not mention ZFG NAME, no less.......this dichotomy in 'stories' doesn't make sense other than she & JB had to make up better lies to match all her behavior during the '31' days.
What I'm wondering is how are they going to show she actually got into her accts to change passwords THEN gave her these 'instructions' where to go.........Movie rental with TL? Target to steal? Bank to steal? Clubs to party? TL's for booty calls?

I am loving the whole Timer55 story and ultra-villain ZFG plot. Crikey, what a story. I think we see defense's compelling story in this depo.

Yes, this is exactly why the senior A's are fighting so hard to not sit for their depos. Actually the criminal case would have a lot to gain by their depos. But problem is that BC is a more experienced atty and he would be objecting left and right to most of the questions Morgan would ask them.

Problem for the senior A's is that if they sit for their depo they limit Casey's defense options. Which is something they don't want to do. They want to give Casey enough room to get a defense literally ANY defense so she'll walk.

I'm still trying to comprehend and consolidate all that I read today in the depo transcript. As is apparent, ZFG team got a lot more than whether or not their client is the one responsible, libelled, slandered, etc.

Has any one got a list of the questions not answered (I think the gun questions are there to distract btw). I am still working on that set...

On medical advice, I had to stop reading the transcript. I missed the ending.
Did did Lie A explain what went wrong exactly? If Dopey was following the script and going to Target at 3:00 and going to the correct parties etc, right up to 15th July when FZFG phoned and Caylee on the line, when after then did FZFG decide to kill Caylee. Did she only do it because the "Plan" was ruined by silly Cindy calling the cops?

We already heard kc admit to being timer-55. I thought this board figured out the meaning of this long ago. kc started counting the days on her computer from the day Caylee died. That is why she knew day 31 when Lee asked.

We can now see that ZG is alive and well and living inside kc's mind.....at least that is where the KC and the Sunshine (Baez) Band are going........hmmmm

Eeeew. Just saw on Nancy Grace the tape from the deposition- Lee, under oath, says the "CMA" he was referring to at the funeral was ALL 3 women in his life with those initials- Caylee, Casey and his mom. YUCK!

He states at about 5:50 on part 2 that the last time that Casey saw Caylee was the 15th of June, and that Casey only ever said 31 days and that Cindy said June 9th, but that obviously if you counted back on a calender it was June 15th...not the 16th...the 15th. A shred of truth emerges...
