Every time LA speaks proudly of "our family," I hear, "our coven."

Well, we could check their feet to see if they have cloven hooves.

Why, Poirot, you've said clearly and precisely much more than Lee ever could. You are so right about him. The man either can't put a sentence together, or he has trouble remembering The Team's instructions, or he's a bit slow in making up falsehoods on the spot, unlike his mother who can spin a tale at the drop of a hat, or the sight of a microphone.

They are all very similar in their WEIRD manner of speaking (especially Lee and Casey). They cannot seem to be able to string a proper sentence together but then add "BIG" words like plethora (or that other Star Trek phrase he used that was so funny) to make themselves appear smarter.

and forked tales ... oops I mean tails ... or did I?

Timer55 must have been KC's way of celebrating Caylee's demise - 55 days before her birthday. Sick, sick, sick.
I do like the idea of asking the media if they have video of Cindy banging on doors looking for Caylee. I would love to know why none of the As are out looking for the "real" killer. Oh, wait! They know where she is. She's suing Casey in civil court. OR She's counter-suing ZFG in the same court. Oh yeah, that's why the As aren't out looking for the real killer.

Bolded by me

I think it was her countdown to when they would call her bluff on Caylee. She thought she could delay, evade and lie her way until then. But, on Caylee's bd, even the A family would demand she put up. I'm afraid that had the car not been towed, Casey would've been right about that. :furious:

Please, someone...anyone...when did Casey officially say that her first story to LE was a lie? What was Lee talking about? Pleez!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • #1,046
Ok...I'll ask again 'cause it's making me NUTS...when did Casey "officially" change her story?!!

When she was released on bond the first time. When Padilla got her out. If I am wrong anyone please correct me. But, I thought I heard Padilla mention that she had changed her story and was talking about a script she was supposed to follow for 31 days. When Padilla didn't buy her new story that is when Casey kicked him out of the house. During the 10 days he was there, he and Lee were also doing their own investigating and Lee had given Padilla a bunch of info on Casey as well.

To my knowledge that has not been released ... only floated by LP ... I guess that there is truth to it after all!

Oh no, they couldn't have let anyone actually see them searching - that would've endangered Caylee, remember. They could only say that they would be searching - somewhere - or that they had searched - somewhere else.

Didn't George threaten the kidnapper via the media? He said, "We know who you are and we're watching you."

Lee's smiles and laughter give him away. It is the same as when he was talking about the smell of decomp in the car. It is sinister and deceptive. Creepy is another word for it.

It's almost like the laughter one would make if you had to tell a really big unbelievable story. You laugh because you know it sounds totally ridiculous you can't believe you're saying it! That's what I get out of his laughter.

"Yeah, and then a big spaceship landed and three green aliens got out." [Chuckle]

~all I can say is that if he sticks to this exact story at the criminal trial ... he is going to look like road kill when the state finishes with him ... there is NO WAY they will be so nice and seemingly understanding. I, personally, cannot wait!!!

Yeah, what was that about? They were treating him with kid gloves the same way LE did with Cindy. Are they just continually handing Lee rope, letting him tie himself up like a Christmas package? Or are they hoping he hangs himself?

This "family" makes me nutz.

I really think they got that story from here.

ZG is not an uncommon name. Of course there is a ZG in her 20's out there. But Casey is the one who put a dead Caylee in her trunk, drove around for 2 two days, leaving behind decomp and a strand of hair with a deathband on it.

Let's not forget that Casey specified the nanny's name is Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales. Is this the same name as your ZG in her 20's.

I think they were dumbstruck!

This deposition testimony seals KC's fate. The alleged instructions from Zanny via text and facebook are going to nail her. All that is traceable or NOT!

Maybe while she was out of jail spending umpteen hours at JB's office she was busy writing & sending herself all these 'instructions' to correlate with the dates of her partying, thievery & booty calls?

They were up to something all that time........As IF LE hasn't a clue! The minute they heard the new 'story' from LP, they had to have put 2 + 2 together realizing where the defense was gonna go! I mean, the only reason for a 'script' was to begin to explain away the no calls to police!

This must be the REAL story JB & CA has stated publicly we don't know about!

And that when we hear we'll all UNDERSTAND and APPLAUD Casey Anthony! (barf icon!)

Page 22 of 43..........Whew!

I guess he'll reveal who it was when he gets deposed.

I'd like to repeat that a bit of humour and "larking about" in these posts is not ment to in anyway be disrespectful to Caylee.

But this Deposition is in no way a serious event. Every rational person involved including Lee knows that KC murdered Caylee and the entire FZFG story was a lie. Not even a good lie, not a cover story that KC had thought out ahead of time, but just something she made up and embelished as she went along.
It is impossible to have a serious discussion about KC's story because there is no such person and no facts to check

Snipped

Hey there, Mac-- Did you also hear him describe Casey's stunned shock/lack of action at JBP as Casey being in "stasis"?
snipped by me

This was probably already posted (sorry!) but he said "misconstrued" at least once..So, did baby sis get this word from him or did he get it from her? Just curious cos it's not something you hear that often.

i believe Morgan has a duel role in this and is performing a public service and doing his best to help build a case against KC. just my opinion.

I think this also. Wouldn't surprise me if LE slipped in a few ?s. I think he may have a handle on the way these Ants speak and think. Can't wait for CA's turn. I think he did a good job.

Oh, no, Diz, they wouldn't have had any time to plot because according to Lee's deposition, they only had 6 or 7 minutes of private time during the entire period KC was home on bond! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh, Friday, thank you for pointing that out. My error. I must have "misheard" what LA was very clearly communicating! He must be getting so "frushtrated" having to keep explaining to mere mortals what is so patently obvious to the vastly superior Anthony family! I must have "mish constrood" what he said. My bad.
:slap:

I am too tired to go look for the reference now, but at one point didn't Lee state that Casey would lie to protect herself, and then asked Morgan if he wouldn't do the same thing?

Didn't he also state (in a roundabout way) that HE would lie to protect himself?

If he did, that is MAJOR fodder for the prosecution.
