You're right, THAT was a bombshell. It's crazy.

I don't think just claiming an accident would be enough. The defense would have to present evidence that that is what happened.

There is more to sowing the seeds of reasonable doubt that just proposing an unsubstantiated (and silly) story.

That's what I thought too, and I agree with Dr. Perper, the duct tape and her behavior after the fact totally goes against an accident. I just can't see what this new lawyer is there for though. :waitasec:

THEN.... the Toddler... was trying to get *UNSTUCK* from the DUCT TAPE...

~ FELL ~ into the TRUNK OF KC's Car........ and there was a
laundry hamper in the trunk of the car...and the TODDLER ( HER DAUGHTER ~ LITTLE ANGEL CAYLEE )
ended up crawling into the hamper in the trunk of the car while trying
to get out of the DUCT TAPE that she ran into while having
this TERRIBLE ~~~~~~~~~ A * C * C * I * D * E * N * T ~ ~ ! ! ! ! !

I'm suppose to BELIEVE ~ THIS WAS AN *A*C*C*I*D*E*N*T* ! ? ? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

W H A T ~ ~ ~ ~ ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
what kind of an A C C I D E N T ~~~ makes a mother wrap her darling'
daughter's head in duct tape and place her in the trunk of a car and
place her inside a hamper and dump her in the woods ?

The only accident that I see is that Caylee was unfortunate enough
to have KC as a mother ! period .

Amen to that, Sunshine52!!! The Anthony's are a very sick and crazy family! How could anyone learn appropriate behavior in their household? I was listening to some of the videos of Caylee earlier today and it struck me that the person filming (likely Cindy) was not verbally engaging Caylee. It was so wierd...Caylee was jabbering away and no one was giving her any feedback! Poor little baby! I have never known anyone quite like the Anthony's! (Thank God!!)

I just got on the Orlando Sentinal site and there were 116 photos on there. Are they the ones discussed in court? I really did not see anything in them that was more incriminating than what has already been released. I did take offense when I saw her wearing an Ohio State jersey. I do not think anyone that is a true fan of the great Buckeyes would claim KC.

The ones discussed in court have not been released yet.

I so agree! If they are going for the "party girl" theme then she definitely gives that impression. However I saw a very insecure girl just trying very hard to fit in and be a part of the party. If these are the photos JB was arguing over, then I do not get the big deal at all.

No smoking guns. No breaking news. Just young adults partying and acting like I acted in my early 20s. As a young mother I always knew my child was home with my Mom and Dad on the nights I did go out. But I did go out occasionally and there is no crime in that.

KC just looks so pathetic in those pics. Like "look, I really DO have friends". JMHO

thanks. i agree with everything except that she looks insecure and like she's trying to fit in. if i didn't know the horrors she was capable of, this picture would look like any other in a group of pictures that a gaggle of college-age girls would have in their rooms or albums. just a lot more taco bell involved, lol.

yes, it can be seen as immature and silly. but that's not unusual. yes, she was a mother and looks irresponsible and silly when you consider she has a daughter at home when these pics are being taken..but like you indicated was your experience, mothers, even young ones, deserve a good time, some freedom from responsibility once in a while. so really, these pics don't astound me.

i don't know, maybe i'm playing devil's advocate here, but i think it's hard for a lot of people to look at these objectively because we can't help but see a monster when we look at her.

In an interview the new lawyer said that his favorite thing is cross examanation. Since JB indicated that the SA's estimate of 4 weeks trial time was OK, maybe defense will ride it's theories and evidence in on the backs of the SA's witnesses.

I think he emigrated there last Summer. The trips back and forth seem to have affected his effectiveness. Also, he may be missing his Earth family.
