What do you make of custody battle?
He says it is ridiclous,it takes focus off Haleigh being gone and it's about custody.
He says they were never married.I was granted custody of children.
He said she missed courtdate,she lawyered up and truth is I was a better parent,still am,better provider.
He says his grandmother has Jr.

NG: what do you make of the potential custody battle RC: utterly ridiculous, takes focus off my daughter who needs to be found. NG: how long has CS not had custody? RC: took physical custody when Haleigh was 2, granted custody 12/05. Not true that he was given custody simply because CS missed court dates. It was because I'm the better parent. NG: where is Jr. tonight, who has him? RC: do I have to answer that? (pause) my grandmother. NG: asks TN why they were asked to vacate tent camp. TN: county ordinance.

NG needs to ask Ron about LE's recent statements about Misty. IMO, LE has all but named her a POI.
