2009.04.07 Baez Under Investigation Again By Florida Bar

  • #61
I am starting to believe that there is way more to Casey and Jose being all cozy and google-eyed toward each other. I am starting to think he has known for a long time and that is why he had Casey in his office constantly, he was afraid she would confess and ruin his "BIG" case and publicity he was getting. I say send his Bum to jail if this is true.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. I thought that DC's change of employer's from JB to George and Cindy might have been planned by Jose too, as a way of keeping an eye on them, making sure they kept the Caylee is alive theory going.

And don't forget the A's get desposed on Thursday!!! Should be good. JB is such the dork. Can't stand him.None of them as far as that goes. NONE of this circus.

I have too many thoughts in my head right now, so I hope this all comes out well or coherent.

I ask myself, why, why would JB "not" want that child's body found? If the evidence "he sees everyday that points to his client's innocence"? If Caylee was indeed kidnapped by the non-existant nanny or anyone else, the discovery of the body would surely exhonerate (sp) KC, with any evidence at the crime scene, right? BS is what I say. He knows she did it and how, which is why he didn't want that body found! I would imagine in addition to physical evidence at the scene, there was possibly something very damning within the toxicology reports that now are not as informative as they only have skeletonized remains. They were betting on the length of time, if ever before being discovered. Why just the other day I was re-watching the emergency hearing JB had the day of or after the remains were found. I remember the one gal getting up to speak and saying that in essence, the ME knew how to do their job, this isn't their first rodeo and they don't need JB's panel of experts or whoever nosing around where they don't belong creating un-necessary havoc during the process. Besides, the remains haven't even been identified and it was premature to assume they are related to this case.

If indeed these allegations are true and based on JB's obvious lack of knowledge/experience to handle such a case, your darn skippy he should be taken off the case and dis-barred! He time and time again has had possible ethical issues come to the forefront and has gotten away with them for one reason or another. I think KC deserves a fair trial and competent representation. She did it, and no matter how good her attorney is, the facts are the facts and the evidence is the evidence. Put all the whining and the "they are playing fair" crap out of there and get this gal to trial and convicted come Oct. 12. I think everyone is getting fed up with the delay tactics and obvious mucking around the defense is trying to pull! It's an embarrasment (sp) to the legal counsel community!

Additionally, I think every darn one of them who has had a hand in "the cover up", needs to be arrested and punished for obstruction! The whole lot of them have done such a disservice to that little Angel we've come to know and love - Caylee. It's time for her justice from this mess.

*rant over* Thanx for listening!

remember back when it all first came out the PI's had been in the woods and video taped it? i remember JB making a comment on the news saying something pretty close to "well it wasnt me he was on the phone with and they can check my cell records." i wonder if they did and what they found out.

If it is proven to be true or perhaps if it is true then I have to wonder who tipped JB to the woods. That would be either the As or his client directly. I just don't get the need by all of those around Casey that always think to protect her. How did she become the victim?

Innocent until proven guilty = yes

Helping someone cover up a crime = unacceptable

If Casey told Baez where Caylee was that would be privileged communication. The Anthony's are not Baez's clients. Their communication with Baez isn't privileged. When Casey worked for Baez he was considered Baez's agent and conversation he heard between Baez and Casey was privileged.

I think P.I. Casey told the Anthony's and broke rules doing so.

I am shocked but now think Casey DID 'fess up to "something" (maybe not the truth) and tell Baez where Caylee was. I am not shocked that Baez didn't call LE. He actually CAN'T do that without Casey's permission.

I am shocked that he told P.I. Casey not to call LE IF he found Caylee. Baez is either really greedy for the attention or lovesick over Casey. Or both.

IMO

Don't we want Jose to be the attorney? :waitasec:

If he is the worst attorney in the Orlando area, then losing him means her defense improves.

Although, it may also mean she stands a greater chance of getting a plea deal.

If she pled to 25 years so long as she gave a provable story as to what happened, I'd be happy.

I do! I do!! I want him to defend her..I feel more secure :)

Great points!! Why would JB -- or even the A family -- not want the remains found to enable the search for the real killer? No-one, neither KC, JB, or the A's do a good job of making this look like SODDI -- not even half-heartedly. It is all so telling to those who pay attention. Speaks volumes!!!

Also, when remains were discovered on Dec 11 the Defense rushed to get access and wanted to forego the time to identify the remains as Caylee. We all knew in our hearts and LE were using formal identification to buy time and keep the Defense out, from interfering but --- it was so telling the Defense were willing to fold their hand and just concede it was Caylee.

There have been so many "Doh!" moments where to play poker the Defense should have continued the Caylee is Alive and then hype SODDI to send those subtle messages of KC's innocence. Instead the vibes from the Defense and the A's has always been KC is guilty from their actions and mannerisms even though their words proclaimed innocence.

You can read them all loud and clear that KC is guilty, that's why JB will go after technicalities and fail. They are not very good actors, not even!

Jose, Jose, Jose....Don't lose your job! Don't you realize how hard it is to find employment these days?

However, I think KC would have to be in a coma before she'll take a plea deal!

This is a pretty important he said/she said incident though, hugging a client is one thing (no I don't think it's professional), but telling your PI NOT to call the police if he finds the dead daughter of your client, that, IMO, is a whole nother ball of wax.

no proof = no jeopardy

imo

:balloons::Welcome-12-june::balloons:
Happy posting-------member he wanted to make sure there was a "Master" somethin or other to be there when LE interviewed Casey PI? Because ole Casey PI might say something to hurt JB. Maybe C. PI was a double-PI-------maybe he was working for the A's and reporting back to JB to keep him informed as to what the A's were up to. Well, I guess that would make C. PI a PI for the A's and a spy for JB. Hey--it could happen. LOL

  • #73
So------he won't get disbarred because he knew that Caylee was dead and Casey PI was on the phone with JB when he was out in the woods looking---being videoed? Plus the other thangs the Bar has on JB? How much does it take to put a stop to all this madness!

I think he might appreciate a package of Twizzlers about now...

And I keep remembering JB was the one who went into hyperdrive from the very first when he thought DC would be interviewed - asking for that "master" interrogator or whatever. He was sweating bullets over something even then. Good thing he's such a lousy poker player and telegraphs his moves all over the place.

yes, if the client or the A's told JB about the baby being in the woods

well, well, well what does this make them guilty of ???:waitasec:

perhaps we have found out the reason for them wanting IMMUNITY ??

i think i hate everyone involved in this case that is from the dark side

YES, i do

I am waiting for karma to bite their collective asses...that means the Anthony's, Milsteads, sneaky lying attys., sneaky lying PI and whomever else that's knee deep with them and especially the murderess Casey.

I disagree. This is just my opinion, but I think/hope it would take a lot more than a he-said/he-said incident to snatch someone's license away from them.

I totally agree that a professional who has worked long and hard for so many years should not lose their license over a he-said/he-said situation. However, there have been so many different allegations brought up about JB during this case, I sincerely hope that the FL bar is looking long and hard into all of them. If there had been only one, it would be easy to overlook it. But, when the allegations of misconduct keep coming and coming, well, IMO, there may just be something there. MOO, of course.

http://www.clickorlando.com/news/19120145/detail.html

Casey told detectives in that interview that someone asked him to keep quiet if he found the body. Parts of that interview were determined by a judge to be confidential and were not released to the public.

Well, it was either the As, Casey, or JB.

I think it was one of the Anthonys. By the time DC was out searching the area off Surburban in November, he was no longer employed by JB, and was then employed by GA and CA.

When LE served the last search warrant at the Anthony home, late in December and after Caylee's remains had been found, Cindy told YM that she had "sent someone to that area a month ago and there was nothing there." With that statement, Cindy acknowledged that she knew the general location of where the remains were located.

Very true^^^^
Who had the most to gain financially if Caylee was still alive?
By keeping her body from being found , T-shirts and donations could still keep rolling in. Cash cow ended Dec. 11

From everything I have read, I am no legal pro, Jose could be in bar trouble if he told someone not to call LE if they found the body of a missing and deceased person, in this case, child.

Add to that...the child of HIS client :behindbar

Sorry, I find it hard to believe that JB would say such a thing to DC. Did DC call Baez and tell him - hey I am going out to look in the woods for Caylee's body because a psychic told me where to find her? I mean really, how did JB know that DC was going there to look for a dead child?

JB would never divulge the location of the body if his client told him where it was. Never. And especially not to a PI who doesn't work for him any longer and whom he hasn't paid! The information about where to search didn't come from JB. He had NO reason to want the body found. None.

CA states that she had people search there "last month" and they didn't find anything. If anyone tipped off DC (other than the psychic) as to where to look it was an Anthony.

Strange how RK's psychic girlfriend had the same place in mind.

Lots of muddy water here. But, I have to question this one about JB.

"I am sorry to tell you that your daughter's body has been found, she is dead."
"Oh well. I need a xanax and who do you think will go to the playoffs? Is my face red?"
