it's hard enough to see this woman being pandered to by an imbecile but to look on as she's defended by a credible, intelligent human being is just more than i can stomach.

What did they intend to do with her body if it had been found by the PI? Leave it out there for the someone else to find? Bury it in the backyard? Hide it in the attic? I doubt they intended to turnit over to LE, but I can't think what else they might have intended to do.

It is VERY common for a lawyer to explain to the parents what type of questions he will ask them at a bond hearing, the coaching that violates the law is much more overt , suggesting things they can remember, etc. I don't think there was any ethical problem in this. Normally a prep session like this would just explain very briefly the different types of answers and tell the witness to be mindful to only answer the direct question the DA poses, not go in to a narrative, not to offer up anything that opens the door to other topics. It is very general and common. The DA prepares witnesses in this very general fashion as well.

Even though DC was no longer working for Baez at the time he went in to the woods, he was reflecting back on something Baez had told him at one time. DC has been proven to be incredible so I do not think anything will happen from his retelling of this, he changed his story three times already. When G, C, KC and Lee are in a highly agitated state they do what all people do, blurt out something they wish they hadn't. When C is pacing and tells the police "I had someone walk that area a month ago!", there is the inference that she sent DC to the woods. He got so triped up in his interview with police.

I suppose ol Jose would actually sell his soul to the devil...who on earth would tell anyone not to report the remains of a child. Whatever can happen to him because of this, I hope it's bad and I hope it happens. What in the world could KC actually have that makes some people bend over backwards for her? Why are there people who coddle and protect her? What in the world could it possibly be?

JB must have what's called the "rescue mentality", trying to save someone to feel better about himself--laid on top of wanting prestige and martyrdom. I wonder if he's considered resigning, or has inwardly resigned and is just plodding along. KC seems to be queen of finding the right kind of people she can get to.

If Casey told Baez where Caylee was that would be privileged communication. The Anthony's are not Baez's clients. Their communication with Baez isn't privileged. When Casey worked for Baez he was considered Baez's agent and conversation he heard between Baez and Casey was privileged.

I think P.I. Casey told the Anthony's and broke rules doing so.

I am shocked but now think Casey DID 'fess up to "something" (maybe not the truth) and tell Baez where Caylee was. I am not shocked that Baez didn't call LE. He actually CAN'T do that without Casey's permission.

I am shocked that he told P.I. Casey not to call LE IF he found Caylee. Baez is either really greedy for the attention or lovesick over Casey. Or both.

True, if Casey told Baez she murdered Caylee Baez can't say a thing, but if he knew where the body was and kept that from police or instructed others to not call police he can't do that and he knows it. Its one thing to protect your client, its another thing to know where a dead body of missing child is sitting and not report it to the police. That to me is unethical.

I believe that Casey is guilty but she does have a right to a fair trial. I just hope that the court watches this because I think Baez wants to win sooooo bad that he's willing to convince his client of anything to stop her from cooperating with the State.

Do we know for sure that it was JB on the other line? Has this record been released yet?

Sorry, I find it hard to believe that JB would say such a thing to DC. Did DC call Baez and tell him - hey I am going out to look in the woods for Caylee's body because a psychic told me where to find her? I mean really, how did JB know that DC was going there to look for a dead child?

JB would never divulge the location of the body if his client told him where it was. Never. And especially not to a PI who doesn't work for him any longer and whom he hasn't paid! The information about where to search didn't come from JB. He had NO reason to want the body found. None.

CA states that she had people search there "last month" and they didn't find anything. If anyone tipped off DC (other than the psychic) as to where to look it was an Anthony.

Strange how RK's psychic girlfriend had the same place in mind.

Lots of muddy water here. But, I have to question this one about JB.

I don't mean to sound disrespectful to your opinion, but IMO, I find it far more believable that JB would have passed the info on rather than a psychic. I don't for one minute believe DC was on the phone with a psychic, who incidently told him the almost EXACT location of the body. I find it easier to theorize that KC has told JB exactly what happened, where it happened, and where she buried the body. I believe she did in fact bury the body marked by some pavers, and the body washed away from that spot over time and with hurricane waters, etc. That is why DC did NOT find the body.:blowkiss:

By keeping her body from being found , T-shirts and donations could still keep rolling in. Cash cow ended Dec. 11

IMHO Casey had the most to gain by not finding the dead body last summer when they were all so close to the area.
IMHO the "A"s did not want a body found, no body no cause, and no motive. By the time the body was found there was no evidence left on the skeleton. Those were their hopes NO BODY, no bad news to incriminate casey.

As we know Cindy refused to give the search team any of Caylee's garments to help with the search.
IMO The cash cow did not end completely, I think the "A"s are getting money from somewhere,
they do have some very serious expenses, (not sure where they are getting it from,
but definitely it is not a pay check for work done) they may have gotten one big check from the Enquirer
(who is known to pay very well), who knows?

I won't speak for Sua_Sponte, but I think the point is that it will take proof to make this result in a disbarment.

The bar will require proof of the He said/She said. Maybe DC's phone records?

I would think all it would take would be the phone records to show this was true and that he and/or KC was telling him where to look. Either of those actions are cause for loss of his license.

I first thought he was not that stupid, but as time goes on, it appears this man will do ANYTHING to keep this case. I want to find out the REAL reason this man was hired and by whom.

So if a defense lawyer is told by their client where they hid a body, the lawyer has no responsibility to report that body to the authorities? Oh man. Sounds like the justice system is more justice for criminals than victims.

In this state they are required as "an officer of the court" to report if they have first hand knowledge of a body. I believe JB better hire himself an attorney at this point.

All I can say is, in my entire life, I have never seen a case that involves so many "not so bright" people. We've all heard of criminals doing dumb things, but this case takes the cake. We have...

• a suspect who doesn't report their child missing for 30 days, but goes out in the public during that time frame and parties and let's people snap pictures of them while they claim they were on a stakeout

• goes shopping in public with another person's money knowing full well there will be surveillance video.

• uses items from their own home to transport the body to the crime scene

• borrows a shovel from a neighbor during the time that your child is missing, bringing attention to yourself

• goes to a video store where there will more than likely be surveillance the very same day you claim your child disappears

• an attorney who displays inappropriate public displays of affection right smack dab while sitting in jail with his client

• an attorney who files motions for things that haven't even happened yet

• a p.i. who allows himself to be filmed while poking around the crime scene even before the body has been discovered there

• a family that complains that they can't any private jail time with their daughter without it being released to the media, yet they are they reason they can't get the private jail time, because they ran their mouths so much in the beginning and the heinousness of what they were saying drew in the attention of media and millions worldwide.

I could just go on and on, anyone care to add? :crazy:

I totally agree that a professional who has worked long and hard for so many years should not lose their license over a he-said/he-said situation. However, there have been so many different allegations brought up about JB during this case, I sincerely hope that the FL bar is looking long and hard into all of them. If there had been only one, it would be easy to overlook it. But, when the allegations of misconduct keep coming and coming, well, IMO, there may just be something there. MOO, of course.

The one which should be a "kicker' is the the fraudulent statement filed by his PR person Todd Black, whom he knew to be someone else. That one is re-opened because of the false answer to that complaint.

I noticed the attorney who filed that for Baez is no longer associated with him. That tells me a lot.
